Absolutely loved our visit! The food was incredibly fresh—every dish tasted like it was made with care and top-quality ingredients. The service was just as impressive: warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. On top of that, the prices were very reasonable for the quality—great value without breaking the bank. A perfect combination of fresh food, wonderful service, and affordability. Highly recommend!
I ordered chicken shawarma, was delicious
The food was so fresh and good definitely coming back
very kind
I loved this place before the new ownership they had the best shawarma- however i noticed after the new ownership they’re not as good anymore- still alright but the shawarma and garlic sauce before the new ownership was amazing- i’m guessing they’re different recipes but still good.
I came here about 2 and a half weeks ago. Really kind people who run the place and care about serving good food. They fried the kibby and falafel fresh, the shawarma is seasoned excellently and the hummus and baba ghanouj were smooth a tasty. Can’t wait to go back when I’m in town!
Love this food! We live to order out, the food is a delicious option. Zeynab was super friendly thank you!
You like food. Go here. It’s amazing and incredibly unassuming. They got this bread next to the register it’s like pizza but no cheese. Fire. I also get a sprite sometimes. Parking is great. A lot across the street and street parking. It’s easier to get off the high way now but I’m not sure that’s a good thing because I hate polar park and they ruined Kelly sq. That’s okay tho not this restaurants fault at all.
Kid-friendliness: I don’t really like kids but I guess they could go here if they wanted

Hands-down, the best chicken Shawarma in Worcester.
.
I have fried multiple Shawarma places in the Worcester and Shrewsbury. This is one of the best places to have in this region. The chicken shawarma is well marinated mild Arabic spices, pickles , hummus , garlic sauce & sliced tomatoes, it’s wrapped in medium sized toasted flat bread. It was medium loaded with chicken.
.
Beef shawarma was bit dry and lemon flavor was a bit high.
.
They had a lot of other Arabic dishes, like falafel and Kibbeh.
.
👉Chicken shawarma (5 stars) ( $8)
👉Beef (3 stars) ($9)
.
Ambience is pretty nice. They have old Resturant vibe and they have a small little Arabic shop below it, you can get some imported mango and guava drinks. They also have some Arabic sweets, which are in boxes.
Street marketing is difficult, but opposite there is a parking lot for two dollars an hour.
.
Absolutely no frills and no extra tips which makes us place more affordable, wanting to go again to the place.
Vegetarian options: Falafel
Parking: Paid parking lot opposite, two dollars per hour

This is my first time trying Shawarma and honestly this is a great dish. I got the three combo kebab and it had so many sides going in the plate. The beef kebab was a bit tough to chew, and both the chicken and beef could’ve been better seasoned perhaps. I did like how soft and tender the krafts was. The turnover spinach feta cheese surprisingly was potent. There is a strong feta cheese sour flavor with the dough combine but it was good. Just not my personal favorite tasting.

Been coming here for almost 10 years now and never a bad chicken shawarma sandwich pro tip: get it with fries inside ? thank me later. This is the best shawarma sandwich on the east coast. People are always so nice and sweet taking orders. I don’t think they’ve ever messed up once. Place is usually empty so if you come to sit down, it’s more of a café seating but you’ll likely have most of it to yourself ^^ come show them some love and check out their market goodies while you’re here lots of dates (no, not that kind), baklava and other classic treats

Inspired by the video game shawarma legend, I first time tried shawarma at Baystate Shawarma and Grill. The food is very delicious and with desserts like baklava. Very recommend this place.
