A comfy bookstore and cafe. It has a great selection of books in general and a superb poetry section, curated by the owner, a poetry MFA. I found it more inviting and comfortable than the Grolier Poetry Book Shop in Cambridge, which has to contend with a small space. I think that Bedlam's poetry selection, if not as wide as Grolier's, is in some important places deeper. And the cafe is a great feature. It's nice to be able to sit and relax over a cuppa.

I loved this little place. Nestled in a building full of other dangerous shops for your wallet is this jewel. Inside, you can find books you never knew you needed down to your most niche interest. The cafe drinks and snacks were delicious, and everyone inside are super friendly. This is gonna be a mainstay of every Worcester trip

this is a really lovely bookstore!!! great selection and reasonable prices. my only issue was that the music playing was really off-putting and almost eerie, and it made me not want to be in there lol. i’ve been here once before and the same type of music was playing

Got cold cappuccino. But drank it anyway, didn’t want to make big deal. Cafe close early 6 pm on Saturday. Bummer. But it has a good selection of books, you can grab a book hopefully hot cappuccino and read.

Super cute, well organized used bookstore. It looks beautiful inside and if you partake in the coffee you'll be able to sit and enjoy the cozy vibes of the hybrid bookstore. Highly recommend to go on a rainy day and sip on a coffee and curl up and read a book while you're there.
