First time visiting Bennie’s. I liked the neighborhood atmosphere. Yes it’s small and old but I felt that if I went more often ‘Everyone would know my name’.My husband and I ordered nachos. So good. I only wished there was more salsa served with them. Some place I've been wanting to try after seeing a few good reviews. I stopped in to and ordered a Ruben sandwich.I was a bit surprised as I was thinking Bennie's was more a a sit-down deli type restaurant. It's not, definitely more of a neighborhood pub and a bit on the grungy side.
