I have an online receipt, I know what I paid for and I know I didn’t get it. That is stealing.
I used to love this place when I was a kid. Very disappointed to see them behaving this way.
Update: Manager called me to fix it. I will modify my review if they follow through. So far I have not received anything on my end.

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian friendly. Vegan cheese is available although it's not really advertised, but I love to get a quick vegan pizza there. I believe they have added the vegan pizza options to online ordering now though which is great.
Parking: Parking in front is limited but there's a lot in back and plenty of street parking in the area.

I ordered a veggie pizza and when I brought it home to eat it there was dirt on it. I thought maybe it was just an isolated spot but since I am a student with little money and spent such a huge amount on this one large pizza to be my food for the whole week I decided it was a fluke, a little dirt never hurt, and ate the rest of the pizza. Almost every slice had one or two spots that had a crunchy piece of sand or dirt on it. I am never going back to spend so much money on barely edible food, and have told everyone I know about it. EVERY SLICE of this large pizza had sand.
Edit that was not peat from mushrooms I know what that is, in saying there were pieces of crunchy dirt like tiny rocks I'm sorry to complain but it was awful
Cashier lady was uninterested in doing her job. Waited 30+ minutes for a small Hawaiian pizza. Only 2 customers inside.

The food is good, sometimes great. But the execution is sloppy, especially lately: just too many orders are incorrect. That's really frustrating when you're ordering to the workplace and there's just no time to go through the rigmarole of sending it back.
Update for the following night: coworker ordered us a pizza, which was otherwise great, but NONE of the dipping sauces ordered, and paid for, came... Guys, COME ON!

To whom it may concern, I want to give a big shout out to Rebecca due to her customer service. She's an outstanding worker. Every time I visit blue Jeans she greets me as if I'm family. Not only I, but I observe her treating everyone customer that walks in the same way. God bless her!
