I came in there and nicely asked if they had cheddar bagels the woman said she didn’t know and never attempted to look behind to see what they had available, then once I noticed she didn’t care to look I asked what flavor bagels were available at that point she gets frustrated rolls her eyes and yells at me which one do I want as if she was trying to embarrass me in front of everyone so i just paid for the coffee I got and left this place use to be a go to spot for my friends and myself over the years but I don’t know who they have working now cause they are rude and don’t know to do their job

As a first customer my experience was horrible, which seemed fairly young lady working the counter wasn’t sure if they didn’t have turkey bacon or just turkey and bacon separately. So another co-worker chime in that they were separate, as I proceed with a fallowing question .She acknowledge the next customer which seems to be a regular customer and totally disregard of my question.

This place used to be amazing now I can only get coffee made properly by 2 baristas. If they are not there, it’s ALWAYS made wrong. My drink is as basic as it gets and they still can’t make it properly.

Eclectic sandwich options, a dizzying amount of coffee flavors, more bang for your buck SIZES, and very nice (but no-nonsense) people behind the counter.
Kid-friendliness: Special cereal covered donuts for kids (or anyone really).
I do not write reviews ever but I just moved to Worcester and holy moly!! I got the chocolate cappuccino iced and it is SO good. The donuts are big and delicious and the sandwiches are made perfectly. Very nice knowledgeable staff.
