Womderful place for some amazing chicken, mash potatoes, spinach, mac n cheese, pies, cookies, brownies and more. I have been going to Boston Market since the 90s in Jacksonville Florida. Well all locations ha e closed down. I use to go to ones in Arlanta, Asheville, New York and one of Boston Post Rd, well they all vanished, so it was amazing to find this new Boston Market opened. Clean and brand new, and wonderful food as always! Employees super nice and i really loved it here.

The taste and quality of the food is horrible! Something changed i use to love Boston Market! I Thought it was a one time bad cooking situation but this is the third time we got horrible food. The chicken was dry and tasted like vinegar. The cream spinach tasted like vinegar. The cornbread was dry and hard. Do better Boston Market! We never got our Apple pie. We won't be going back. So disappointed.

Tried for the first time, ordered nashville hot chicken sandwich, mashed potatoes with gravy, mac and cheese and cornbread. Got the wrong and conpletely opposite sandwich, food was cold and the sides conpletely lacked flavor. $21 to throw into the trash.

We came here because we were looking for an open boston market since all the closures and boy nostalgia was brought back. The man at the front was super nice and he gave the food politely he definitely needs a raise, I used to love boston markets Mac and cheese and yes! Like it used to it was cheesy and tasty. I also tried new stuff I haven't had before like the chicken and the sweet potato with marshmallow and i was amazed by the tasty quality of the new food. Oh my gosh I loved it here so much they need to bring back boston market everywhere. To bad I live far from this location.

I like their turkey with corn combo. It’s nothing crazy but the gravy is pretty good. Even though it’s nothing special I find myself craving it sometimes! The atmosphere is chill but I don’t think i’d sit here and eat my food. It’s more of a takeout experience.

service was extremely slow, only two orders to be made was there for 30 mins and i ordered online 30 mins before that . mac and cheese noodles were so old they had soured . if you are not going to make an effort just close the doors permanently. .

For being the last Boston Market in New England, it’s not so bad! After being reopened, what I’m guessing for paying their debts, the interior has its unique form with the striped tv’s, dangling ceiling tiles, and scratches on the walls. Aside from that though comes their extremely kind staff that were polite and interactive the whole time we ate there! Now I personally don’t like rotisserie chicken, but for anyone who does, this place gets it just right with the quality and taste of the food. Overall, I can definitely see them improving the atmosphere over time and just a side note, breakfast is coming soon at this location! Please don’t close this location like all the others in Massachusetts!
