I saw Boston market on uber eats so I decided to order. They are under new management I believe so I took a chance. The food was similar to before except the chicken was lacking salt.
A few days later I went to the restaurant. It was very clean, the server was very nice and the food was good overall. I ordered a couple of 1/2 rotisserie chicken meals with sides and some wings. The wings weren’t that great, but everything else was the same old Boston Market meals that we all know. My family and I are just happy they are back .

Don’t know what happened. The chicken was once tasty and moist. I ordered $50 worth of food and was disgusted. Chicken was dry, order of wings were dry and tasteless. The corn bread was dry and stale and the mac and cheese tasted like plastic. I will never order there again. Terrible smoothing is going on at the location. Food quality zero! 1/23/25

Just found myself passing through the area (not a local) and saw this boston market! I got so excited because all the boston markets near me closed several years ago and it was one of my favorite restaurants. Food was just as good as I remembered it and the general manager was so pleasant! It will be a bit of a hike to get back here regularly, but I will definitely be back! Note: this is an independently owned boston market - as corporate doesn't exist anymore. It's kind of like the last remaining blockbuster. It is its own store but it tries to maintain the same essence of the original. I got a chicken pot pie and cornbread, which were both delicious.

Did an online order arrived at the location at 9:08 and all the lights were off I tried opening the door and it was locked. Supposedly my order was completed at 9:30 but there is no way that’s even possible considering there was no sign of life in that building. There was another guy at the store that also tried to open the door and he ended up leaving also. Haven’t had Boston market in years because it’s no longer in NH and I guess probably won’t ever again. I just hope I get my 40 dollars back.

“I can see why the restaurant was empty. My chicken was so cold I had to throw it out, and the spinach tasted like it came from a frozen box. Honestly, I’d rather just go to Walmart and get a fresh chicken—it’s unbelievable how cold the food was.”

Recipes have changed, it’s all over Reddit with negative reviews. Gravy watered down and had no garlic flavor. Just a standard rotisserie chicken. Dry stuffing. Place was absolutely filthy. Visible mold and water spots all over the ceiling and air vents. Trash cans overflowing. Bathroom was disgusting and reeked with pee all over the floor. Place has gone wayyyyyy downhill from last time I was there 10 years ago.

Boston Market Thanksgiving Meal Review

I placed an order with Boston Market several days in advance and received a confirmation that my meal would be ready by 11:15 AM on Thanksgiving Day. While I appreciate the store being open and serving those of us who work and can’t prepare a full Thanksgiving meal, the experience was truly disappointing.

I arrived about 15 minutes after my scheduled pickup time to give them extra time to prepare my order. Despite this, I ended up waiting an additional hour and a half. Even after the long wait, half of my order was missing. Thankfully, I checked the bags thoroughly before leaving, or I would’ve discovered later that they didn’t include the regular-sized meatloaf I ordered.

The issues didn’t stop there. I had ordered ribs, but they were out and substituted them with ham without notifying me. They also ran out of corn, beef gravy, and brownies. I had ordered a large brownie, but they tried to give me just one small brownie, claiming it was all they had.

The total for this meal was $159, and the entire process was chaotic and poorly managed. All I heard repeatedly was “I’m sorry,” but no effort was made to offer a discount, a substitute of equal value, or any token of appreciation to make up for the inconvenience. The manager seemed unable—or unwilling—to address the situation with adequate customer service solutions.

This experience was the worst I’ve had. After working a 3-to-11 shift and hoping for a smooth Thanksgiving dinner to get some rest before work again, this ordeal left me frustrated, sleep-deprived, and without several key parts of my meal.

I’ll never rely on Boston Market for Thanksgiving again. Next time, I’d rather cook two simple dishes myself and avoid this kind of stress altogether. Save your money and your time—this experience is not worth it.

The catered meal for 12 was a joke. The only thing that could feed 12 people is the turkey which comes in a dry blob and the sides could at most feed 3 people

Drove out my way 5 months pregnant craving Boston market. Hours online say they close at 9:30pm I arrived at 8:30pm and they talking about they closed. Y'all need to fix y'all online hours !!! Count your days !!!!!!

Bought 2 chicken pot pies, Mac & cheese.
The manager of the park Ave store should be retrained. To SELL pot pies burnt tops and lucky to have a half cup of the filling is absolutely the last time getting food there. The pot pie was outstanding before. Now it's a seasonal item and should be off the menu. So disappointed.
