I used to love Boston Market for comfort food and would order all the time. This last visit was deplorable. The chicken was the only redeemable item but still arrived cold. Both sides (sweet potato and mac and cheese) were awful. Mac and cheese used to be liquidy with great cheese flavor. Mac and cheese today came clumped together, noodles soggy and overcooked, and seemed to be reheated from days ago. Sweet potato was a bunch of chunks of the potato sitting in a broth of liquid that had way too much spice, so much so it tasted like cleaning supplies. Extremely disappointed in the downgrade of quality in food. Will not order again.

I hadn't gone here for years, but decided to go since I saw they were starting to close restaurants. I was disappointed to see the creamed spinach was gone. The mac n cheese was still decent, chicken was eh. Black dude working today was amazingly nice 5 stars to that guy.

I used to live right next to here maybe 10 years ago. I loved Boston market and religiously went. Tried to bring my 10 year old today and the food was deplorable. We got 1/2 white 2 sides. We both only ate the mashed potatoes. The other sides offered were dried up and borderline expired. It’s 6pm, dinner time, how? The meat itself had a rubbery skin and the inside was cooked but somehow still chewy. The kid who served us was pleasant but the other person who worked with him didn’t smile to converse with one customer. Would never return.

Boston Market has always been one of my favorites fast food restaurants. Today I couldn't have been more disappointed the service was awful he looked miserable, and the food was so salty, my chicken was so over cooked and dry I had to do this review. The amount of money use charge the food needs to at least be eatable and as hungry as I was I would not eat that meal. I never do these reviews but when I spend $60 on food I expect better

They can never get my online orders correct. I always check my bag before I leave or when i get in my car.3/10/2024. They raised their prices and they givel ittle scoop of sides. I was charged 18.00 for 1/4 chicken and 2 tiny sides. I'm so done with Boston market. Because some stores going out of business they hiked up their prices and give much less food. And it does not taste the same.

What the heck happened to this place? Went a few months back and the food wasn’t great but maybe it was a one off. We had take out last night and it was horrible! The turkey was dry and tasted strange, the mac n cheese had no cheese. We all agreed to never go back. So disappointing.

Anthony, the manager at Boston Market in Worcester, deserves high praise. The service was exceptionally friendly and courteous, the food exceeded expectations, and the establishment was impeccably clean. Overall, a five-star experience!

Today, Sunday 28th 2024, my family and I decided to visit the restaurant on Park Avenue. It is a shame that we chose to go there. As we had just stepped in, a young fellow asked if we were all set. We had been there for less than 30 seconds. We we’re the only clients in the site. The attitude of the employee and a guy that we eventually during our ordering, found out that he was the manager, was almost indifferent to us. Both employees had a none welcoming attitude towards myself, my husband and my daughter. We decided to choose a family meal, but as we observed the attitude on both individuals, we tried to leave and not order anything. My daughter told the young man who was about to start serving the food to wait for a couple of times, but he started to serve the food. The situation was awkward and we decided to just continue with the order. When we asked for the spinach, we were told there was none. That was very inconvenient, but we felt it was already too late. We felt pressured the decide what we wanted to choose (their body language was telling us that we were bothering). After we had already ordered, we were told by the manager that the soda machine was not working. Again, it was very inconvenient because we were interested in using the machine, but our food was already served. We felt that we had to buy whatever they had. We bought a 2 litter soda. The chicken was tasteless. No salt and no seasoning. As we were eating our food, a female employee came out from the kitchen area on the back and slammed the door so hard that we were all scared by the noise and my 6-year-old grandson jumped on the chair. As the woman came out from the bathroom, she looked directly at us, of course we were looking at her in an expectation to see what she was going to do we the door, this time. She continued and slammed the door even harder than before. She showed no carefulness or consideration towards us. At moment there were two other individuals sitting at the restaurant and eating their food. She never Apologized to any of us. The customer service was awful. Even if there was any tension between the staff, we had nothing to do with that and we had the choice to go to any other restaurant in Worcester, but unfortunately we went to Boston Market. Your employees need to understand that their supervisor or manager are not the ones who pay for their services, but we the clients bring the money and we deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, and even more when the clients are respectful and considerate citizens as my husband, my daughter and I. We decided that we are not ever going back there. Our professional and church friends will know about this. We don’t want them to go through such a negative experience. We ordered a family meal. It was about $44. Our problem was not the price, but the way we were treated by all the employees mentioned, was.

First time going to Boston Market: The manager was very quiet , didn't say a word to help us with questions nor did he help the young worker. The young worker, Tom did the very best he could helping answer questions on how to order for 2 large families = Papa's b'day party. He said he was under age to cut the chicken off the bone, because we wanted some chicken off the bone. Tom apologized for lack of sides!! He scoped out what was left and was very polite. Chicken was good and seasoned very well. Probably would not go back but 5 stars for Tom and a Big Thank You!!
