Don't give this place business anymore. This place should be investigated and hopefully shut down. My wife got food poisoning so bad that She ended up vomiting the entire night. The staff are so unprofessional, so you could tell that they're pulling pranks on customers using the food. If the customer service quality is bad, then the food service quality is bad. I went up to the drive through and the guy thought it It was funny to give me a negative comment to see if I would react. To his.Surprise I didn't because I was confused with the random unprovoked negative treatment. That was my last order there, especially after my wife had gotten food poisoning. They're hiring goof balls there, so they definitely are goof balling around with the food.

Stop giving this Burger King business, I literally live within five minutes of this store and no matter what the order is always wrong and half the time won’t show up. And trying to get a hold of customer service or support is a nightmare because they only have email interactions. I’ve lost more than 50 dollars in delivery fees due to drivers stealing orders (for the record I’m not being lazy for not going myself I can’t right now for medical reasons I’ve been using delivery services for two months as I cannot leave my house) this kind of service is disgusting.I’ve gotten food poisoning from this restaurant as well, they forced me to proved medical records to prove that so they would give me a refund.And today I’ve been waiting now 24 hours for a response from customer service about an order that never showed up at my house. 45 dollars just poof gone but big corporate doesn’t care. I’m genuinely so sick of all these poorly run franchises. SOMEONE CALL CORPORATE AND GET THEIR CORE CHECKED.This store shouldn’t be in business.
