I am writing to file a serious complaint regarding the unacceptable service I received at your drive-thru. When I picked up my order, my Whoppers were served completely cold. What made this even more aggravating was that I could clearly see, through the drive-thru window, a man with long, tied-up hair preparing the sandwiches without heating them at all.
This displayed an obvious disregard for basic food quality and customer expectations. Serving cold food is unacceptable, and watching it happen in real time only added to my frustration.
I expect a corrective action, and appropriate compensation for the cold food I was given.

Food here was ok. The employee did not speak up very much and was hard to hear over the drive thru speaker. There wasn't much noise from other sources. Exterior signage was lit up. It used to not be lit up at night so this is an improvement. I could not read the menu easily.

Avoid this Burger King unless you want to be surprised by your order. The order are wrong more often than correct. The last two time I have gone there I have ordered a plain Bacon Double Cheeseburger, and both times they have messed up the order.
