Great service! I’m a regular customer and placed a mobile order, so I went straight to the window. The staff very respectfully explained that I should go to the speaker first. They kindly explained the process and even showed me in the app that I had entered the wrong line. They also clarified that they have a specific sequence for cars to follow. I appreciated their patience and professionalism, so I followed the correct process.
When I went around and placed another order aside from my mobile order, they kindly offered me cheese and bacon. I wish I had recorded it because they were so friendly! They gave me all my food fresh and hot—even offered me cookies and ketchup! That doesn’t happen in other locations I’ve been to.
Also, I got 3 sauces for my 12 Chicken Fries, which I think is fair. They also let me know that if I needed more, I could buy extra sauces for $0.27 each, which I think is a very reasonable price.
From now on, I will always come here! The place always looks clean, and when I used the restroom, I saw that the staff was constantly cleaning. It made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

They were very rude when I brought my sister's service dog in with just a costume on no vest on they were rude and asked for paperwork which is illegal to ask for

Food was nasty, over priced, service was awful. Spend 15 dollars for food my dog wouldn't touch asked for 2 zesty sauces the lady at the drive through window was rude when I asked for 2 sauces telling me I give you 1 for free you need to pay if you want an extra sauce. Don't care to pay for the sauce however when you are being overcharged for food that ant worth the money at least they can do is give you 1 extra 25 cent sauce to help kill the nasty tasting food. I will not go back there nor will I ever recommend that place to anyone. Don't go to this burger King unless you want rude service and to ripped off and can't even get 1 extra sauce to go with your rude and over priced food you just got ripped off for. Save your hard earned money and go elsewhere and get better food and service.

I am use mien friend’s phone, i wanted to order a burger und fries, i do not know amerikan well so i ask for big mac and they hang up and tell me to have a great life, i just wanted a burger und fries, i do not tell you to go here as they were kind of racist in the way they hung up on me, i called back to ask what burger they serve here and they threatened to call the police on me, i hope you do not have to endure going here.
They definitely have to clean up the employees in this store. In the morning I always go and they give me bad service from the cold food and bad service. In the afternoon I just had a discussion with “the manager” it seems unprofessional to me that they have people with so little patience and instead of solving any problem, they get defensive and try to blame the client for it. In the morning I never came back and definitely not in the afternoon or night. Don't take the time to go to this store. It's a complete disaster!!

I usually come here for food and never had a problem before today but there was a little bit of confusion and I was charged an extra drink and instead of taking it off and fixing it the lady who took my order gave me an attitude and said I need to explain things better so they lost a full order and a customer. They definitely need to reconsider who they have as employees at this establishment.

What a racket they have going with Pat's Service Center towing cars from the empty lot posted next to them. There are no signs posted that either the lot belongs to Burger King or that parking is not authorized. Guess that's one way to make money because they sure didn't have any customers. Absolutely disgusted with Burger King and Pat's towing - who apparently drive over every hour, ask if the parked car(s) belong to anyone (in this case parked at the opposite end of the empty lot) and if they get no response, tow it.

They probably make as much money getting cars towed as they do selling Burgers. Working with their friends from Pat's Service Center towing cars from the empty lot next to them with no signs posted that either the lot belongs to Burger King or that parking is not authorized. Nice Neighbors .....
