New ownership has destroyed this location, sandwiches are horrible now. On three occasions I have placed an order online through their service and upon arrival each time, I've been told the printer was down and my order wasn't even started yet. I've been a Chef for 25 years and I know this excuse is fraudulent, in reality, it's just the employees not paying attention to the online printing service. Than when asked to refund my money they tell me they can't that I have to go through captain, the online service, again fraudulent, they should have simply gone into their cash register and refunded my money, horrible customer service. I've lived in Worcester and the Tatnuck area my entire life, I've been a patron of the Peck for decades, NOT ANYMORE, and for sure I'll be spreading the word.

Two of us stopped in to grab a bite to eat, we ordered 2 specials waited 25 minutes after watching customers come and go we finally asked what's up with our order, we were told need to make it again so waited 25 minutes for nothing, we couldn't wait another 25 minutes, bad attitudes it's a shame, such a nice busy place

I used to love this place. Im revising my rating from several years ago because the quality here declined over the years, especially after covid. I feel bad to say this but the last two times I've ate here I've gotten sick to my stomach and the broccoli chicken pasta meal that I bought smelled terrible and had to be thrown out. Never again

They didn't answer the phone so I could place an order so I had to go in to order. Sandwiches were great though!!

This place has the best sandwiches, that being said I really wish they’d pick up the phone. I work in pizza and we don’t let the phone ring more than 3 times before picking it up. I understand that a kitchen gets busy, but the least you can do is put us on hold and continue what you were doing. Food is great tho! Wish we could order it…

Tonight I Ordered a chicken caesar salad and right after opening my togo box I noticed a lot of brownish/"bad" pieces of lettuce. I've worked in restaurants, I know stuff happens so I start seperating the bad piece's and eat the green lettuce.....until its just overwhelming with how bad/old this lettuce is. I unfortunately had to throw most of it away :(

Most unfriendly staff I have ever experienced in a sandwich shop. No acknowledgment and not one of them looked like they wanted to be there. I won't be back.
There sandwiches are made fresh to order and are delicious! The Italian is especially excellent. I recently had their mac and cheese and was blown away with how good it was. Very creamy with an amazing combination of cheeses. Definitely worth the stop in!

During my last visit here, I noticed several employees working in the store, yet it took roughly 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me in the store. I was the only one in the store at that time as it was early morning; therefore, I couldn't understand why no one would take my order. It appeared the majority of the employees were angry during that morning. I don't know why they were angry nor is that my problem to analyze. Bushel and Peck, please show your customers a little more attention and respect, especially the elderly customers who come in for a meal.

Tried to call in an order for pick-up but the line kept ringing, had to come in to place an order to go. I got a Chicken Ranchero wrap (sliced chicken breast, bacon, American cheese, ranch dressing, lettuce, tomato, and onion), ordered without tomatoes or onions, and for some reason was given a wrap with just chicken, lettuce, and ranch. The ranch was so watery it was leaking out of the wrap with every bite, and the chicken was bland. Got halfway through before calling it quits, not sure it would’ve tasted any better had they made my order correctly with the bacon and cheese. Also ordered the Jenerator, which was decent and is the only reason this review is 2 stars instead of 1.
