Always use to like getting Italian grinders from this place. They have fell off majorly. The Italian grinder i got today was by far the worst i have ever had from here. Bushel n Peck need to train their employees how to properly prepare an Italian grinder. The girl who made my sandwich totally left off the pepperoni. Like if your completely out of it. Let the customer know. So they can change their order. Instead you make it with ham cheese and salami minus the pepperoni. Thats a major flavor of the Italian. Also the Italian bread comes completely cored out. No option for the customer to say hey i dont like my bread ripped out. So your left with a super chewy outer shell of a loaf. Just awful and not a good experience. From 1 to 10 this experience was a hard 2. I will never be back. Complete waste of money. Not worth it. Employees dont even know how to make an Italian sub correctly. Like for real no pepperoni smh. It wasn't even busy the girl made my sandwich so fast it was almost questionable. I knew i should have checked my sandwich before i left. Complete experience ruined by lack of experience and focus of an employee. I knew it was gonna be bad when she said all the Italian bread comes cored and ripped out like that. To have the bread be like then you complete epic fail on the attempt to put the sandwich together. Leaving major flavor enhancements off the Italian grinder. Ridiculous. Bushel n Peck do better.

I have tried 4 different sandwiches here onb4 different occasions, and everything has been really good and fresh tasting. I am surprised this place isn't packed. the food is great. The service is great quick and to the point and also very patient as you figure out the menu. Definitely lo e the personal feeling as you walk in, like they know you.

It was my first time going in today, I was in the Worcester area and asked what my father wanted for lunch and said if I would be willing to go there so I said yes and went, it was an easy place to find and the staff were so helpful and the person I worked with was so friendly she was basically smiling the whole time the pork belly BLT is to die for if you ask me and now I never want to go back to a regular BLT again, thank you for the food.

one of my favorite places i went to this afternoon, i was very disappointed because the temperature was i swear like 90 degrees inside. I felt so bad for the employees that i ended up turning around and walking out because i didn’t want them to run the grill even more than they had to, to make it even hotter in there.i noticed that workers were even visually sweating which made them underperform:(

The best sandwiches in Worcester! I love going here for lunch or a lighter dinner. The staff are so friendly and are generous with the portions. Quality for the bread, veggies, and meats are no denying they stick to giving the best. If you are in the area and want a good sandwich stop here at Bushel 'n Peck!!!

Incredible experience. Ordered here for company lunch (kind of last minute) and the team there was able to fulfill our ~20sandwich order within two hours. Food was great and the staff was very friendly and even offered to help me carry the sandwiches to my car. Will definitely consider going back, but will order at least a day in advance so they have time to prep and order enough bread for the day!

Worst Italian sandwich i have ever had. I never complain but this was almost 100% bread. 1 slice of turkey 1 slice of ham 1 slice of bologna 1slice of salami and one slice of cheese and about 50 pickles and way to much lettuce. Not worth the money don't get the Italian

Great food. Overall very nice and respectful staff. I try to go here every other Saturday for lunch as I work in the area biweekly. I only have a 30 minute lunch so I always need to call my order in and go get it as fast as I can so I can enjoy my sandwich during my break.
It has become increasingly frequent that every time I try to make a call to place my order I never get an answer. I’ve spoken to staff about this and get no solid reasoning. I’ve come in after getting my calls ignored to see no line or anything that validates the missed calls. It’s saddening for someone like me who enjoys their food so much to get this type of service consistently. I’m not writing this review to Bash buschel and peck, I love their food!! I just hope after seeing this they do better moving forward. Customer experience is everything!! I will continue to go there but someone else might not choose to go there after being blatantly ignored.

I've had the buffalo chicken wrap it was ? and the Italian sandwich was awesome too. Sandwich was bigger than my hand. Very good and very filling chips drink and sandwich under 20$ can't beat that.

We go here regularly and have not had issues in the past, however today I got a chicken ceasar wrap because they were out of italian bread and I was hungry, and while I understand everything is more expensive these days, for the price the wrap was extremely small, with hardly any Caesar. Will stick to the other options in the future(when they happen to have italian bread past lunch). Usually I get the Italian, Jenerator, or caprese flatbread, which I would recommend.
