Central Pizza - Worcester

We been here from new jersey and this was the super delicious pizza we had and all the staff members were also friendly and its recommended restaurant 🤗

I order a Central Special at least once a week and every time I get one delivered it’s different. The inconsistency is bad and personally going to stop ordering from here until things get mor consistent. You should put some effort in for consistency especially for a $30 pizza

Update: Just want everyone to know that Central Pizza has definitely made everything more consistent over the last couple weeks and the Pizza’s I have ordered were spot on and delicious. I know the quality and food is great there and I just wanted them to be more consistent and it now shows. Get down there and try it out. Central Pizza is great and one of the best in the city.

Central pizza is a solid slice of pizza its not the best all end all of pizza but it gets the job done at a fair price and they tend to care about the customers

Customer service really good the lady at the counter was very nice, the chiken on the other hand thin not many pieces for the chiken finger dinner literally we thought it could’ve been the end of the bag too many fries not enough chiken wont be coming back,

I used to be a regular customer here. Then I ordered a chicken bacon ranch pizza through Uber Eats and it incorrectly showed up on their system as Chicken Broccoli Alfredo. I politely told the woman on the phone that I could show proof that on *my* phone it says Chicken Bacon Ranch. She didn’t apologize or offer a refund/new order etc. Just told me to double check it next time and order through their website instead of Uber Eats. What an absolute joke. Worst customer service ever, will not return.

I come here to order pasta for my family every.single.week. Meatballs are always thoroughly cooked and well seasoned. Friendly customer service and I am glad they are around to be my go to! Always worth the 20 minute drive!

No meat, 15$ no good

The food is unbelievably bad, in my 34 years on this planet I can say with certainty that this is the worst pizza shop in Massachusetts.

My girlfriend ordered a meat lovers calzone, it was paper thin with literally almost nothing inside it. It was dough with a shred of cheese and meat inside. She threw it away and that was $14.

I ordered an Italian sub, which also had two two thin slices of meat and then bulked up with vegetables. It tasted nothing like an Italian sub even after removing half the vegetables, otherwise it was a vegetable sub with some meat. I ate most of it because I was hungry but it was NOT an Italian sub, not a cheap man’s Italian or an authentic one. That was $10 wasted.

I’ll never go here again, the fact they’re still in business baffles me. I’m sure it won’t be long before they’re gone. Go to Subway order a sub and take off half of the meat and that’s what they gave me.

If this is truly the same way you prepare the food for your own family, I feel really bad for them.
