Central Pizza - Worcester

No meat, 15$ no good

The food is unbelievably bad, in my 34 years on this planet I can say with certainty that this is the worst pizza shop in Massachusetts.

My girlfriend ordered a meat lovers calzone, it was paper thin with literally almost nothing inside it. It was dough with a shred of cheese and meat inside. She threw it away and that was $14.

I ordered an Italian sub, which also had two two thin slices of meat and then bulked up with vegetables. It tasted nothing like an Italian sub even after removing half the vegetables, otherwise it was a vegetable sub with some meat. I ate most of it because I was hungry but it was NOT an Italian sub, not a cheap man’s Italian or an authentic one. That was $10 wasted.

I’ll never go here again, the fact they’re still in business baffles me. I’m sure it won’t be long before they’re gone. Go to Subway order a sub and take off half of the meat and that’s what they gave me.

If this is truly the same way you prepare the food for your own family, I feel really bad for them.

So I called an placed an order and by mistake I put it to the Worcester location vs the southbridge location and I called politely to let them know the mix up and asked for a refund and instead of helping or any type of accommodation they said they couldn't do anything about it and that the food was made for a half hour already which wasn't true. So sadly I lost out on money and will no longer be giving them my business.

Spoke with KK the owner. We had a talk about the matter and both came to a understanding about the situation and was happily willing to fix the situation. Thank you very much and the food was amazing also!

Just not good food, the pizza was so greasy, and the service was very impersonal.

I've lived in the city all of my life. I've had some brief absences while I saw some of the world but I always come back. That being said I've eaten more pizza from places in this town and from places around the globe. I've had more pizza than any non turtle has a right to. Now everyone has their opinion on who has good pizza. You'll be sitting around the kitchen table with members of your family debating on where you should order from. You all have this general idea of who is good or the best. Then in one brief hour your whole food consuming experience changes forever. Now I thought I knew what good Italian was, what good take out such as pizza , calzones and grinders were. I could not have been more mistaken. The food here is simply fantastic.. It's like when you go to see your favorite band you think nobody can beat them their music is simply the best better than anybody else. Then the opening act comes on and blows you away you can't believe it, you feel like you've never heard music ever before. Well this is the same thing. I thought I had good pizza but apparently I never did because this pizza was outstanding. But please don't let me dwell on just one offering from this Mount Olympus of the pizza world. If you were to die and go to hell this place would be on one side of a shark infested River. You would be on the other. You would be spending eternity staring at this place with your mouth open, tongue hanging out and sniffing at all the enticing aromas. You would go for it , Time after Time not caring that sharks are tearing . you to pieces, you just want to go over there and get a taste of the food. This place is so good even Chuck Norris waits in line. It can be a little more pricey than the other corner Pizza place but it's well worth it. EAT HERE it's frickin good .

Don’t EVER order in UberEats in this place! Is a scam at this point. You put your order in, the app will tell you that the food is being made, that is being delivered and never arrives and when you call to the store the staff will always tells you they don’t have the order, that they “don’t see it” (the staff is also super rude) and by that point you loose your money and also you have to paid $20 cancellation fee + the money of the order. It happened to me THREE TIMES. Please don’t order here and it’s sad because the food is decent.

Super fresh ingredients. Chicken wings made the right way, not from frozen. Our meals have always been cooked perfectly. Lots of cheese on the pizzas. Free soda and chips with a sub!?! Delivery is usually dropped off well before the predicted time. This is really the best pizza place around. And the prices are great, too.

I got the gluten free cheese pizza today the cheese was really gooey and melty and the sauce was so yummy along with the crispy thin crust . I would definitely get central pizza again in the future.

I recently had another great experience with Central.Pizza. The delivery was made by a driver in a sleek black Mercedes, and he was incredibly professional and courteous. He welcomed me warmly and made the entire delivery process easy and pleasant. Their attention to detail and welcoming attitude truly set the standard for excellent service. Central.Pizza continues to impress with both its quality food and exceptional delivery team. Highly recommended!

I recently ordered a steak and cheese grinder and I was thoroughly impressed. The food arrived hot and fresh, with the steak cooked perfectly and the cheese melted just right. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service from the delivery guy, Sam. He went above and beyond by bringing the food all the way upstairs, which made the experience even better. Central.Pizza not only delivers great food but also exceptional service. Highly recommend!

I received a menu in the mail in Grafton hill area and ordered 2 nights ago and I accidentally put in wrong address and after tracking order and realized what I did and called and gave correct address and food was good and delivered in a timely manner.
Tried to order again and was told I am not in delivery area, then why did I get a menu in my area. Very disappointed because the food was good.

Delivery driver called me was no where I told her
My address was at, I called the restaraunt and they got mad me because they don’t know the difference of auburn and Worcester and then told
Me I was in the wrong , got cold pizza and wings I work this industry and trying to support local . Very disappointing

I had the chicken tenders and fries and I love it the chicken is tender and delicious the fires are so good I'm differently gonna keep coming to this place
