Says they’re open online but just tried to get in and the door is locked.

Me and my husband just ate here and im a very picky eater and Jesus, the man that worked at the front counter was very patient with me and my random silly questions. There was a customer right after us that had some disabilities and Jesus was sooooo patient and kind. People like Jesus deserve more recognition than people in retail normally get!

Way to expensive for the price VERY cheap with there meat on there sandwiches we ordered 2 small chicken teriyaki combo meals for about 30$ and the portions smh there dirty a** oil fries look burnt and stink like old oil not worth the price

Called over 15 times to place an order got nothing got to the resurant called again multiple times watched employees standing laughing while phone is ringing pathetic how business won’t answer a phone call from customers trying to place a food order to the restaurant they are working at happens all the time so annoying and frustrating

Very unprofessional management tht don’t want to tell uber drivers to confirm the order so people are stilling it (he needs training)he was also laughing at my face a costumer telling me I’m not a costumer and he pays me to do what I do!im a self employed and he has no experience and needs someone to teach him manners also to who ever comes to the restaurant

Read a great MSN review as best cheesesteak chain. Totally disagree. Great service but food was meh. Prefer Jersey Mikes for a chain cheesesteak and much better non-chain to be found.
