I normally have a good experience at this location. But the last couple times I have visited, the food quality was either not great, or I’m missing items from my order. I went last night and was missing a whole chicken sandwich. Honestly ,very disappointing, I might not order from from this location since I’ve been burned too many times now

Food is hot and tasty, but portion size has decreased. Chicken strips are about a quarter the size they were since the first Chic-fil-A opened in this area. Recently the size of the cheese sauce has been reduced as well. Disappointing. Update: 07/01/20 WOW...pardon the pun but they have beefed up the drive-thru service ! Organized and accurate. 08/28/24 Got the pimento sandwich (really good last season) but it was not the same as last time. Smaller, very little sauce or cheese. Disappointed. Will try it at another location.

Fast, friendly, professional, and courteous service. I stopped at this very busy location for lunch. I had a Southwest Salad with Grilled Chicken with Creamy Salsa Dressing. Rosa, Cashier was awesome, pleasant, and on point and she made for a great dining experience. Kudos to Rosa!
Some of the workers here do not care about their job and it shows. I get it’s a fast food establishment and we as customers don’t need to be doted on, but front of the house workers should be a little more nice. The girl taking my order today quite literally made a face when I asked if I could add something additional to the order. As if it was a huge inconvenience to her.

Perhaps surprisingly, it was our first time as a family going to a Chick-fil-A. The food was great and so was the service. We didn't realize until after we drove off that we needed to specify the condiments on our sandwiches/burgers but we enjoyed it regardless. The nuggets portions are rather small (even for children) if that's all you get.
