Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ordered a to go order on the app, burrito was small and missing two toppings. Not to mention they were extremely rude there. They keep the to go bags stacked up on eachother and just ignore you. Trash.

line was taking long person on toppings station put wrong ingredients in then proceeded to throw out the food when i said that it was wrong then disappeared the person on the protein station had to come over and finish my second bowl

I always buy from this place. The food is wonderful. The staff has always treated me well. However, today, Monday, at 9:20 p.m., there was a Brazilian who, surprisingly, was very arrogant. He took about three or four minutes to serve me, just wiping the counter and cleaning his hands. He took a long time and kept laughing, so I think he did it on purpose. I don't understand why, but I found it very rude.

Went there today waited in a long line. Usually, actually everytime, I'm there they have plain white rice. Unfortunately I have an allergy to cilantro where my throat starts to close and I have trouble breathing. Today after waiting 15 m in line I asked if they had plain white rice. The girl who was talking to me looked at me like I had 3 heads. I had to ask my questions three times just so she can ask the cook. The cook vehemently denied it didn't even check or take a look. I believed them. But my fiance was quite sure they were lying cuz they're busy and didn't want to look. I'll admit the interaction with them was very strange. We'll never know but the service was awful.

Horrible portions, service is just terrible. All of the employees are rude and it doesn't make you feel comfortable to even order. Asked for a little more rice and was yelled at by a new employee. Will not be returning to this location

Be careful that they get your order correct when paying. A simple mistake at the register and was told by manager, that I had to go online to get items that weren't mine, refunded from my credit card. Why can't the manager simply correct the mistake on the spot? 49 Park Ave in Worcester- never again will I go to Chipotle
