One of the worst experience with this one, they give very less portion for bowl compared to the other chipotle. Staff didnt even respond anything when I asked why the portion is very less and started murmuring with her colleagues!

They don't have veggies, the portion size is small when compared to other Chipotle branches too. Would try not to visit them again.

Two hours before close on a Saturday night, literally out of 80 percent of the menus.

The food quality and service is awful. Super skimpy portions, unwilling to add even a little more rice, they act like the bowl of food costs $5. No way im gonna spend $12 on a meal and the premade bowl isn't even filled to the sides.

My friend even recently applied and when explaining they were following up, the manager hung up on them...

Don't come here expecting anything worthwhile. It has pushed me to just drive 15 minutes to Qdoba instead of this crap.

Literally worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Didn’t know even know what Veterans Day was. Very slow with only ONE person a head of me. One person working the front only???

The staff is rude, they give little food, so this location is a rip off.

This is the worst chipotle to order from. We’ve ordered from here multiple times on DoorDash and they constantly skimp out on portions. This bowl is “double chicken”. Total rip off. Do not order from here!!!

I have never had an order that was wrong and the food has always been what I expect.

The service is another story. The woman that packages the orders during the weekday afternoon is the most uninviting rude person every time. I don’t go as often because her attitude is atrocious! Every time I leave feeling as though I have done something wrong. Not a good feeling.

I think they might have been running low on food today. My barbacoa plate was only half full, even though I ordered extra rice. I had to dig around to find any meat, and they also forgot to include my sauce. I checked the bag quickly before leaving, but only realized how little food I got once I got home. Very disappointed with this experience. Note; just received this note from the owner. It says to write them in the link provided. Again, i think its just an AI response because the store I was today is not even listed in their directory so I couldnt do anything and didnt let me place a complain.

Genuinely just dont waste your time. I’ve been coming here for years and they are so hit or miss. Recently when I ordered online they gave me someone else’s order with my name. When I ordered it today, they left out about half my order. They also still skimp on even when you order in person. Most of the works are somewhat rude a fairly non considerate which doesn’t make a great environment.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to, out of all protein except for barbacoa, staff was nice but hard to be good when you’re out of cheese and lettuce as well. No water cups either. Never coming back. Would give zero if I could
