ordered a bowl from uber eats .. never got my drink and the sticker on the bowl didn’t match what was actually in the bowl… had to throw it away

If you are looking for a zoo by all means go here. If you want you food to be made properly, crew to communicate with, and a supervisor that will not curse at you people who use gloves when serving .. in all Spanish this supervisor told me to not return because I asked for a discount I told the line crew how I wanted my order every thing was made wrong but because I didn’t want to hold up the line I asked for a discount instead . They lady not knowing I understood Spanish screams from the back” what does this woman want “ laughs and say don’t come back.. then continues to talk bad about me.. there are plenty of chipotle’s please avoid this one. They are lazy anyways may do them a favor .

Probably the worst chipotle I’ve ever had in my life. They were completely out of white rice and then proceeded to give me one scoop of rice, half a scoop of chicken and brisket… 16 dollars. Ridiculous. On top of this, couldn’t find a parking spot or a table because they were all dirty or occupied. Will not be coming back. If your in the area, go somewhere else.

Food was great as you would expect! Also, the service was excellent. There was a very long line, probably 50+ people deep, and they got us through quickly.

I have been to that place three times and every time was a disaster.
First time there was everything except the protein that I’ve asked for.
2 nd and 3rd times are both disasters. The lid was not closed properly and after a couple of minutes, whole liquids leaked from the food and it damaged the package bag and spilled all over my seat in the car and on me.
Some of the employees doesn’t even understand English. I start asking something and they start putting some other thing.
Whole experience is a disaster.
No wonder it is rated under 3.

If i could give this place 0 stars, I would. This is genuinely the worst food place i’ve been to. I unfortunately live so close to it I always try to give it another chance. Every other chipotle i’ve been too is usually really good, but the worcester location is just horrible. I’ve never written a review before and as a former food industry worker I always try my best to give them the benefit of the doubt. Between ordering online and in person it’s a lose lose situation. I typically order online but 8/10 times something is wrong. It ranges from no meat, to the completely wrong order as well. I even have tried to go in person to give it more chances as well. When I walk in in person I am met with quite literally nothing. One specific instance was I wanted sour cream on my bowl but the worker told me they were all out but I could see a fresh tub in the online order section. I asked if there was any chance he could put that on for me and said it’s for online orders only and that maybe i should’ve ordered online instead. But then of i had ordered online i would have had a 20% of the bowl being right.

So many healthy, homemade choices. I got an açaí bowl (sooo good) I’ll be back there soon for another one. Also got a chicken burrito bowl to go so I could eat it for dinner. It was big enough for 2 of us. I’ll get pics next time. I’ll definitely be back to try some different things. Super friendly staff. Very helpful for my 1st time there. Food was amazing. Will definitely go back. Especially with my kids since they always want different things. ?

i ordered pickup: 2 burritos, side of queso and chips. When i got home and opened the bag our burritos were smaller than my iphone11 and our queso half full. I’m done ordering chipotle lol.

Always some kind of problem when I go here. "Sour cream is for online ordering only" "We're out of half of our items." I have a feeling the kids working here are understaffed or under motivated for the stuff they have to deal with, because it always seems busy. I eat here because it's on my way to work, but if another vegetarian option pops up I will happily jump ship.

We ordered 2 bowls. We got 1 with half of the ingredients missing. This place could not be worse. And don’t forget the highly overpriced food in very small portions. Dont order from here.
