Very clean and spacious. The servers were attentive and not too overbearing. The quality of the meat was good and presented well. Veggies were mostly fresh but some clearly showing signs of age. Portions were generous and arrived quickly after ordering. Sauce station is self service, also very clean and well maintained. The variety of meat, seafood and veggie offering is quite acceptable for a restaurant of this size and location. You will have greater variety in Boston. Overall, very satisfied for lunch.

We were pleasantly suprised by the ambiance and cleanliness when we arrived but two screaming kids running around the restaurant were a buzzkill (parents fault). The food was fresh and good but we avoided the hot pot because at $40 per serving it was expensive and more than we could eat. The service was slow which was most likely the fact that the restaurant was not busy, so the wait staff was more relaxed. Having said that, the Manager did come over to check in on us twice. She was an absolute delight, clearly committed to her job and providing a wonderful experience. She accepted our feedback with grace so.....we will go back and do recommend.

Food: Over the past few years, I believe the quality has decreased and unfortuntely it's not as good as it was before. The crab rangoons were rather stale with a hint of crunch but it felt like it was re-fried. The lo-mein is rather simple, but it was okay, just a bit dry, maybe even flavorless. I did ask for sauce on the side and none was left in my bag. The hot pot is their main catch which again, I feel that thier broth has either loss the quality due to vendor or management change. There are plenty of topping to choose from but again even this tends to be incosistent with quality as some veggies are wilterd or smaller. The meats have premium options and extra charge which can drive away others from trying more.
Service: The staff is overall nice, I never had an issue with them. They just mind thier business if anything.
Ambiance: It's rather spacious with plenty of seating for hot pot, with a small bar attached,
Location accommodation: They have a shared small lot to the right of the resturant that can fit up to 5 cars but you can park in the TD bank lot and walk towards the resturant.
Super good Hotpot. We love it and definitely come back.

This place could’ve have been better but they need to accept and treat their customers the same, regardless of ETHNICITY or RACE. Their server first of all saw me and my siblings trying to read through the menu automatically open his loud mouth to tell us how to save money! UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Like we cannot read through the menu ourselves, he couldn’t stop embarrassing himself let along my family, all insisting on what’s cheaper or not, and trying to act familiar! He was extremely loud!! This was very upsetting and also Why do you worry about what I’m here to spend instead of your paycheck and your lame haircut! The manager had that haughty look on her face, the entire time not knowing that made her look lousy grinch, she's flat like a table in front and in the back, The respect was down the gutters! The ROYAL HOTPOT in Boston is way more welcoming and respectful to customers. We spent a little over 200$ there and are happy to say that you guys can pass on our money from now on. And all of your employees should get a class on ignorance and how not to judge a book by its cover and learn how to treat each customer respectfully. The embarrassment, for such a high rated place it’s a shame. Do a little reeducation, me and my family did not appreciate the service, it’s a zero!! Hope the 10$ tip helped towards your car payments since you all living to impress. You must be stressed.
