We went on a cold and rainy Sunday so I should have expected a ton of people and it was PACKED. The noise level was at 10 but most of the staff barely spoke above a whisper which was pretty annoying. Went to get food and waited at the counter for an inexcusably long time while staff members only a few feet away talked casually among themselves and when I asked for assistance by waving my hands, one approached me slowly with what can only be described as casual disdain. VERY unfriendly. A note- it would have been easy for a person to leave with my young son as the person who flashed a blacklight at my stamped hand got distracted and didn't do the same for my son. I actually don't think this person knew what she was doing. Sorry for the bad review but this was a big miss for me.

Absolutely the RUDEST most MISERABLE staff I've ever encountered at any establishment. Put a smile on your face and stop looking so annoyed. You work at a kids play facility.

Our birthday party experience was terrible. No separate space, seven parties set up next to one another in a small space. Only cakes are allowed to bring from outside. Pizza is very expensive. Never want to go back again.

Brought my kids here to get out of the house for a little bit after playing on the games we sat down ordered food we’re sitting for about 45 mins and out of nowhere the manager in a button down Hawaiian shirt comes up to me and my kids very aggressive telling me the unicorn churros my daughter got were not hers being very rude and aggressive me being the dad I am immediately got defensive for my kids because there was absolutely no reason for it I had a receipt to prove I paid for them and it was 45 mins since I ordered them I was planning on getting the gold fun pass so we can go back all the time but he is the main reason I will not bring my kids back here.
