0–20 Ciao bella used to be my absolute favorite place for grilled chicken salads with the house balsamic dressing. I haven't been there in a few years or more and was in the area and decided to treat myself to an old fav. Something about the atmosphere when I walked in was immediately noticed as something had drastically changed about this place. There was no one dining in or waiting in line as usual and I had not recognized anyone and the usual busy thriving environment was lacking, it was almost depressing to see. It could have been an off time however the disappointment did not end there. When I got to eating my salad (grilled chicken ceasar with house dressing) I immediately noticed how dark and limp the lettuce was, not their usual bright light green crisp crunchy romaine. It was almost like the texture of spinach. The chicken proportion has also decreased in size and i bit into a small chicken bone. The balsamic dressing was near tasteless not at all how it used to be. The quality of food is seriously lacking here especially for 18.00, I used to pay 10.50 for this salad and it used to be ten times better than what I received today. Sadly I will not be returning here. It was fun while it lasted

Cute little hidden gem. The pizza was gooey and so flavorful, the crust was perfectly crunchy. The staff is friendly and the seating area is cozy and cute. The food is also very reasonably priced for the portion size. Our party of two ordered a small pizza and it fed us both very well!

If i could give zero stars i would. Ordered almost 150 dollars worth of food for lunch while working at 1230. It is now 4pm and i have still not received my order! I have called multiple times to speak with a manager and inquire about this order and was told the original order was misplaced by doordash. They made a new order and we have yet to receive it. Now we are stuck working in a busy ICU in the hospital with no food. The cafe is no longer open and were beyond hangry. The excuse of going through a third party is useless. They did not offer any reimbursement or discount, not even a sorry!
The food is really good here, however the man that answers the phone refuses to make a fresh salad. I have an allergy to mixed greens and he will not work with that because the salads are pre-made.
There is a lovely woman whom has had no problem making the salad the last two times with just iceberg lettuce. I went in And apologized when I picked up my order and she stated it’s not a big deal or a problem to make a fresh salad for me.
Whomever she is she is a rockstar and I appreciate that she accommodates my allergy.
The man would rather lose out on money because he doesn’t want to throw together a fresh salad.

We went there tonight..Sunday around 4:40pm. I got the Italian sandwich on Italian loaf...loaf was stale. Meat was just average. My fiancée got chicken parm on panini...absolutely horrible. Dry. Totally ridiculous. This used to be my go.to place back in the day. We live on Cape now... couldn't wait to grab a bite to go...such a let down. Do better. You're not that great if you're only great "sometimes" I swear the staff here acts like they are the best. Like..."yo, who's next" yawn. Boring at best. Thanks for the let down.

I got pickup, chicken parm sub… it was 2 pieces of chicken cutlets, thick, to thick, rubbery, chewy, soggy, breading was combining with the sauce and bread… no crunch.. to the cutlet… chicken was definitely 2-3 days old, old cutlets not made fresh. 100% can’t tell me other wise… large cheese pizza. Dough good, sauce… welll I wouldn’t know had none on it. And I mean none. The only spot there was sauce was at the crust… so I have to east entire piece of pizza of just salty cheese dough… to get 2 bites of some sauce. Was very disappointed, read the reviews and assumed it was going to be great or at least good. I will not be back.

No uniforms, the outside was very deceiving as the inside was very run down, probably why almost everybody that came in only got take out. Wouldn't even go back even if i got a free meal or gift card and wouldn't give the certificate to anybody i care for. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

No uniforms, the outside was very deceiving as the inside was very run down, probably why almost everybody that came in only got take out.
