We were staying at the hotel across the street and the person from the front desk recommended we eat here. I'm so glad she did, because it was incredible. There was hardly anyone there, and I have no idea why. Maybe it's busier at lunchtime. My daughter and I enjoyed an amazing dinner. I had the chicken piccata and it was delicious. The bread was so good, we ordered more. The first set of bread was free, and we paid a small amount like $1.50 for two more pieces. The salad was very fresh. I had the spinach and berries, and it was so good. My daughter had Caesar salad with fried calamari. The cocktails and service were excellent as well. Eat here, you will enjoy it!

Honestly one of the worst dining experiences of my life. Sat down for dinner at 7 PM, did not receive our dinner til 9:30. This location is cute and could be better utilized as something else.

The facility owned by Gus offers a solid foundation for any event. We were there for a 21st Birthday Celebration. The location in Union Station in Worcester offers several amenities. The architectural elements in the room are nice. The bar from the restaurant offers a wide selection of cocktails. Gus is the resident DJ and plays music from various decades. The food you select and there are several menu choices and what was provided was very good. The venue is a component to your event and there is some flexibility in getting your event to the standard you wish. The facility is simply sensational and you should certainly allow Gus to partner in your special occassion.

Met up with some friends to enjoy drinks and dancing. Too bad the owner was angry over our usual 20% tips on our tab. He was so rude and disrespectful with his language we all have decided never to go back.

Met friends for drinks and dancing had a good time until the owner was rude and used vulgar language toward us.

First time eating here tonight and certainly not our last! Started off with a warm welcome from the Maitre D' David who was amazing throughout our meal and even with after dinner drinks. Sierra our waitress was great! Timely and right there when you needed anything. Great selection of 70's music. The food was amazing! The Osso bucco was on of the best I've ever had! We will for sure be returning! A true hidden treasure.

Food was very good and atmosphere is nice. However the music was extremely loud and made for very difficult conversation. Service was on the slow side as well. I would return but not over the weekend, during the week more than likely

We hosted a Bridal Shower / Brunch here for our daughter 2 weeks ago and I cannot say enough great things about it. I booked it very early.. last March, in the midst of Covid, when most other venues were not equipped to handle a reservation for Sept. Martin handled my request and was marvelous to work with… getting all the details down. When the time got close I worked with Stephanie and she was awesome, eager to satisfy every detail and request. And on the day, David ran himself ragged to get everything done to sheer perfection. The day of the shower, we arrived to the Grand Hall all set up in spectacular fashion… tables set formally, lovely curtained dividers to make our space private, lovely entrance and a huge splendid adjacent area set up for the buffet. This venue is breathtakingly beautiful, and having our celebration here allowed us to showcase the best Worcester has to offer! They had lovely background music playing to compliment the space perfectly. The buffet was more than impressive and elegantly presented… fresh and delicious… from pastries, fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, waffles, eggs Benedict to two lovely salads , then progressed on to three chosen entrees of fish, beef and pasta, potatoes and roasted vegetables…AND a chef served carving station of Turkey and ham as well as omelette station!! An array of petite desserts and complimentary mimosas and bloody Mary’s topped off the spread. I cannot stress how many compliments we received on the elegance and perfection of this event! My daughter and her fiancé were thrilled with every aspect of the day. Thank you Gus for running a top-notch restaurant and event venue!!

Went here 5/9/21 for Mother's Day brunch. First let me say, with the pandemic, it was easy in, and no contact temp taken at door which was greatly appreciated. The food was delicious but not hot, luke warm at best. Servers were not very attentive, not really friendly (dont think i saw one smile)-and were all over the place. we were 1/2 way through eating before offered a drink/coffee. Ok, understand they were busy. Suggestion- maybe have so many servers and each server take and own specific sections? This cldve been more organized. Also there were different entry points for the foods and u had to enter each one separately w no way out to another section without going to another entry point. muffins/breads, breakfast, fruits, meats/gravy, deserts. Suggestion-allow 2 entry points where u start at muffins/breads and work ur way down to fruits, breakfast. With a different entry point to meats/gravies (non breakfast related foods) and one entry point for deserts. The way it was set up allowed the food to actually end up cold (as opposed to luke warm!) by the time you actually sat down to eat. and made it a little more difficult for parents w children. Would i go again? Definitely, however, i do hope this review is seen by the restaurant and taken in a positive way as its not meant to be negative at all. I just hope these suggestions are considered as i feel it wldve made this experience much better! For the customers AND the servers.

We had visited the brunch at the old Maxwell Silverman and enjoyed it every time. After a few years and after the pandemic we wanted and looked forward to enjoying as a family and together. We made the arrangements with Stephanie who was very accomodating taking everyone's payment. We arrived at the amazing Station set up for brunch, were sitted and went to get our food. Then, it all went down hill. The food was just OK and the selection was much limited from what was offered before. The service was non existent and we had to go get someone to get us drinks, coffee every time we wanted. Fortunately, we had one waiter that tried very hard to serve us, without her this would had been horrific.

My name is Daniela Delatorre, I would like to report the bad and frustrating Saturday night when I went to dinner with my fiance at Luciano's Maxwell restaurant to celebrate our first Valentine's Day. My fiance made a reservation two days before our "dinner", we arrived at the restaurant at 7:30 pm and left at 10 without dinner and we still had to pay for the drinks I left on the table. The waitresses were disoriented and stressed, the receptionist looked like a madman who walked around the restaurant in an endless run. One of the waitresses mentioned that she would like to go home, the atmosphere between them was terrible. Anyway, after half an hour sitting and waiting we were served, the drinks take half an hour to serve, the appetizer took another half hour, after an hour I had chosen the salad the owner came to say he didn't have it, so I chose another salad that it took another 10 minutes to get to my table. The main courses never arrived, my fiancé complained, but nothing worked, so when it was 10 pm we got up and told the host that we were leaving and he made us pay $ 26.00 for drinks that I didn't even drink and that were on the table. In order for you not to be nervous, stressed and frustrated, because my fiance Rich was having a stomachache for not being considerate of us, we do not recommend this restaurant. Finally, the waitress said that other customers were also leaving. The restaurant has a large and beautiful space, but unfortunately the people who work there are incompetent, disorganized and without empathy for others.

This place is awesome. My family comes here for Thanksgiving and this year during COVID-19, Luciano's didn't disappoint. We were greeted with a big welcome and Happy Thanksgiving and ushered to our seats. We felt extremely safe with all of the COVID-19 safety precautions in place, even placing tables 8 feet apart. The service and food was spectacular as usual. From the turkey, roast beef, bacon wrapped pork roast, to the superb cranberry stuffing, sweet potato and butternut squash, all cooked to perfection and served hot. Desert was delicious and the coffee fantastic as always. From arriving, throughout our meal, and upon leaving, we were treated as royalty....well done

Went for Thanksgiving meal today. It was excellent food and atmosphere. They were COVID compliant and were gracious hosts. The food was excellent and the dessert was delicious. They never disappoint here. We have been coming here for 5 years and you cannot beat the service or food . My brothers and I always look forward to coming here . We are always welcomed warmly and treated well. Would highly recommend for great time. Thank you and see you next time.

Just simply WONDERFUL. Bruschetta was great. Lobster Ravioli was great. Prime Rib the best I've ever had.
