I know that Colleen's is closing, but I wanted to thank them for their many years of wonderful hospitality and treats in the market. They will be missed!! Especially their amazing pizza tots and bacon scallion cream cheese. Wonderful, kind, talented people.

The cakepops here are delicious and the owners are super friendly and welcoming. They have several flavors and gluten free options. Its my current favorite thing to bring to parties or a friends house. They also do coffee and breakfast.

I love this place & visit every time I am in Worcester. I usually start with a salad (to be healthy), and finish off with at least 2 cupcakes to bring home (all about balance!). The chili and flatbreads are homemade and delicious, and Colleen makes a fantastic edible cookie dough. Always something new and unique while still offering the classics we know and love. Also, it’s very cool that we can see the staff mixing the frosting and making the food- cool vibe.

I should have been at work but something drew me in. Like an old cartoon, the scent of the restaurant hit me and as if my body knew exactly what my mind wanted and I began to float majestically through the Worcester market. I landed at my destination with a tear in my eye, pain in my stomach and hope in my heart. I sat down and ate what I can only describe to you as a piece of heaven. "Why me?" I thought. Why was I chosen to have the perfect dish at the perfect restaurant. I'm not going to spoil it for you as to what I got, just go try something and I promise it can be just as magical for you.

Stopped in here on my way to see a show at the Hanover Theatre. All I can say is WOW. I honestly had a difficult time deciding what I wanted. Everything looked amazing and oh so tempting. My wife decided on a peanut butter brownie. May daughter had a cupcake and I decided on a good old chocolate ship cookie and a coffee. It all tasted as good as it looked. All the sweets were baked just right and the coffee was equally as delicious.Do yourself a favor. If you are in the area give this place a go. You will not regret it.That you for a wonderful experience.

First of all, the staff are so nice! My mom and I stopped by here with no idea what to get, and the woman running the register was able to answer questions we had. We decided to try four cupcakes and three brownies - one of which was gluten free! The cupcakes we got were spectacular with wonderful amounts of flavor that wasn't just sugar sweet. I think of all the cupcake places in Worcester, these are the least likely to cause you to go into a sugar induced coma. Ours were a little on the drier side and was crumbly, but not enough to dock a star. The brownies were great, probably more frosting than brownie, but they were rich and the gluten free one you couldn't even tell it was gluten free. I would like less frosting on the brownies, as that sort of overwhelmed the actual brownie part, but this is also minor.Everything was $4 each I believe, which is consistent with other bakeries in the area, so nothing to remark on there. They do also have savory items for breakfast and lunch too if you're interested in an actual meal. They do also have a nice little cafe seating area that's slightly separate from the Woo Public Market, but there's also plenty of seating a couple feet away at the market too. Overall Rating: 4.5/5 Definitely would come again.

Wonderful experience during our first trip to Creative Cakes Cafe! Super friendly staff that really knows their menu (gluten sensitive and dairy free). We enjoyed delicious coffee and smoothies and tried the Breakfast scramble bowl with tots (also amazing). The portions were generous. We will certainly be back! Thank you!

Great place for breakfast! My running group ate here after a run one day. The tables are set up in a way that makes it easy to talk to others. The staff was so kind and helpful. I had a breakfast sandwich on a bagel, which was delicious. I also tried the muffin my friend got and it was amazing! I will definitely be back. Food, staff, and atmosphere were top notch!Vegetarian options: Bagels!!!!Kid-friendliness: There was Jenga on our table!Parking: Street parking and a lot across the streetWheelchair accessibility: Street level entry with no stairs, low counter at the cash registerDietary restrictions: The had gluten sensitive options in the bakery.

Wonderful service accommodating a local run club. As a group we enjoyed bagels, sweet treats, breakfast sandwiches, breakfast bowls, and coffee. Everything was delightful.

Five stars for presentation, two stars for taste. The frosting tasted nothing but cheap butter. The cake tasted more like dry cornbread. I did however like the cannoli filling. The staff were also incredibly kind and bubbly. It’s a mediocre cupcake but it’s a cute business.
