I had used Creative Catering before, for a luncheon when my son's family visited from California, so I knew how good they were Nonetheless, I was surprised when on short notice they agreed to provide me with a pick up order for a social gathering in the building where I live. The beef tenderloin tips Bordelaise with mushrooms was stupendous. I received numerous compliments over it, but fessed up about where it actually came from.
