CHECK IT OUT then you can thank me .
My daughter’s live in Portland , Maine in which there is a vast selection of amazing pastry/bread shops ; seemingly around every corner. New to Worcester , I just became aware of CRUST which rivals the best of Portland! The chicken salad on a fresh croissant was perfectly balanced and mouth watering delicious- might as well fill that in for the pain au chocolat, the spinach and feta on phyllo dough and undoubtedly everything else . The service is great, atmosphere is laidback . Get there early because they do tend to run out of their more popular pastries by 9:30/10:00 . Oh, I got the olive loaf to take home but sneaked a pinch and it, too, is divine.

Ordered online and my order was ready and waiting when I arrived which i appreciated. 10 min parking right out front which is so convenient. The sandwiches were pretty good, definitely better than dunks or Rocco’s but not out of this world. I ordered an iced matcha latte which I absolutely do not recommend, it was terrible, chalky and chunky. Not the way it should be. Maybe the coffee and espresso drinks are better? Kind of expensive for the quality overall.

I have traveled through much of Europe and spent time in France several times. The quality of the baked goods at Crust, equal the quality of those in France. I don't think it's possible to make a better croissant than those produced by Crust!

Best focaccia bread! Recently re-done interior so now there are a few places to sit and eat for a bit.

I got the Matcha latte, it tasted like water down milk with essence of matcha.
My friend got the pumpkin pie latte, and she said it tasted like a bitter pill with no milk / no pumpkin with lots of foam. The drinks aren’t very good!

There has been a scarcity pertaining to cinnamon rolls ever since Boston Donuts was closed for some reason here among true bakeries in central MA.

This cinnamon roll is the best I have had in a VERY long while. I still yearn for a return of maybe chocolate covered ones.

I am baffled nobody has attempted to capitalize on bagels though and tried to really put a foot in the door while Bagel Time was down.

More blueberry bagels and strawberry cream cheese would be nice.

Growing up in the birth state of Johnny Appleseed, I’ve made an effort to try as many apple cider donuts as I can. Crust is the clear and delicious winner for best said donut. I first encountered this masterpiece at Lost Shoe brewing. I thought perhaps my admiration for the donut was enhanced by the accompanying libations, so I chose to try again by traveling 40 minutes to their Worcester shop. While it’s fun to watch a dough ball bob in oil and emerge a hot greasy sugar crusted cider donut at your local orchard, the cinnamon and apple taste are lost and secondary to the smell and heat on a crisp fall day. The Crust apple cider donut is all about the taste and texture. They are moist inside with clear cider and cinnamon tastes, with a perfect dry, sugary, and crusty outer shell. They are perfection. The other pastries were also great but my focus was the cider donut -
Best in Show!

We are new residents in the neighborhood and making a point of visiting local cafes and restaurants. This is a very pleasant and intimate cafe with a nice selection of breads, bakery, sandwiches, coffee and other beverages. The chicken salad sandwich on sour dough bread was very good, as was the almond croissant. The iced house Sumatra blend coffee is full bodied, flavorful and balanced.

This place is a hidden gem in Worcester. Their prices are affordable, the food choices are even better. The staff is amazing and the coffee is just the best. I recommend to visit both of their bakeshop.
