This place is a ripped off place. I ordered 2 drinks with no ice, they charged for extra for no ice. 2 medium size drinks costs $16.95. When got in my car and noticed they put ice in my drinks.!!!!

They made me waiting, and watching them took care of customers who came after. If they don’t want to do my business, they should let me know at first time, not just silence and let another customers were watching me which they were ignoring me. It was very insulting. I looks like an idiot. Yes, you are right !!! No body smart like your guys. What the shame. After I went Gong Cha. Their service was best. No heart, no business and no luck. God Praying 🤲 God watching.

Went here recently to try some of the drinks. Another mom who has been there said how amazing they were. The drinks were really yummy. The establishment was really nice. They have board games you can play, which I thought was super cute. The girl who attended us was super sweet and patient. We had a LOT of drinks. We were a decent sized group. She was very efficient. My one complaint is that there was another employee sitting there. When the employee that served us (young, blonde hair and has glasses) asked her for help because she was alone back there and had MANY drinks to make. She straight up said no. Another few customers walked in and she was making our drinks and the other customers alone. It was super mean spirited and genuinely ruined the vibe and upset us. She definitely shouldn’t work there. The girl who attended us made all of our drinks perfectly. Somehow managed to make everyone else’s drinks too but was super stressed having to do it all alone and that sucked to watch.

Staff was great and the tea was really yummy. Only thing that could’ve been better was the boba. Felt like it was an old batch, was super hard but maybe that was a one off.

The drinks are really good I love coming here especially when I come to Worcester , however it’s a waste spending money on their waffles I’ve had two occasions I bought waffles it’s really small and and broken up the ones I get in Boston are better.

Nice boba shop with a great variety of drinks on their menu. We got the Japanese roasted milk tea hot with boba. While we got it at 70% sugar, it was still too sweet for our preference. The boba was really good though so if we had gotten 50% sugar, I think we would have enjoyed it more.
We also got the purple rice yogurt drink. It was a nice familiar drink but it does have a strong yogurt flavor that could take getting use to for folks who haven't had this Asian style of yogurt drink before. I liked the purple rice which added texture to the yogurt drink. It was kind of clumpy, I wish it was more loose and freely distributed in the drink.
There's a board game section so you can have drinks and hang out at the shop!

Friendly service. They have a wide selection, I had the coco frappe which has a thick creamy foam on top and chocolate cookie bits, actually quite filling! The design of the cups for cold drinks is very well made too.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! My only issue is that their large size cups used to be larger and they're smaller now. I never order a medium so I don't know if those are the same size or not. I order from here so often that I can see the difference. Go back to the previous large size please!
