I have Gestational diabetes, and Thanksgiving was going to be pretty depressing for me this year: no potatoes, no stuffing, and no pie. My brother-in-law brought some desserts from Dad's Keto Kitchen, and I was honestly skeptical, as most things labeled as "keto" still spike my blood sugar.
