I tried Factor after a recommendation from a friend and they don’t compare. They are not even on the same level. Factor’s portions are very small, lack flavor and are all the same. Dad’s mixes up their weekly meals while still adding in customer favorites - and they never lack flavor.
They are a local business and work hard to provide the best quality keto food out there. In a market saturated with things that claim to be keto but definitely aren’t you can trust Dad’s!
And don’t skip on trying their desserts!

We were interested to try a healthy cake for two birthdays. We ordered on two separate occasions with inspo pictures and flavors in mind. For a Keto Diabetes-Friendly Cake to taste good takes effort. But they taste so good, don’t make you feel bloated or sick, and they look cute, too! We enjoy that they don’t taste like a “healthy” cake is a bad term!

Everything here is delicious and the menu is different every week, so I never get bored with what they are serving! Now let’s talk about Mom’s bakery. Everything in there is sugar free, chemical free, absolutely delicious and made with real wholesome ingredients. You can’t even tell it has no sugar in it. This right here has what has kept me on track. At first I thought I would need to stay away from the bakery items. I thought it would be a slippery slope. But at Dad’s Keto Kitchen, I have learned that I CAN have sweet treats without spiking my blood sugar AND lose weight. Honestly, I think the bakery is what has kept me from slipping. No more denying myself a sweet treat. Anyway, get down to visit Dad & Mom, they are wonderful people who do this labor of love because their hearts are truly in it. And, if you can’t get there, they have local delivery. I highly recommend Dad’s Keto Kitchen…run, don’t walk to get there!

I had a great experience working with Christian at Dad's Keto Kitchen! We were visiting the area and I was looking for safe catering options for someone who has Celiac and must eat gluten free. Christian was so helpful and responsive. The process to order and pick up was easy. Everyone really enjoyed the food! Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted great. We all really loved the desserts, too!

I tried the crustless taco pie it was perfectly portioned and the flavor was incredible me and my son loved it!! The black olives to the sour cream on the side and just enough cheese melted in! Will definitely be buying more and of course couldn’t go wrong with dessert! The key lime bar was yummy and topped with lime zest wasn’t overpowering which is wonderful!
