So we order regularly from here the strawberry cheesecake blizzard specifically, i always add extra topping and pay for it, but it seems i never get what i pay for, this store is great and the people are all good people , just please honor the order, and give me the extra toppings i pay for. Thank you and please comply

This is the 2nd time I was at the Worcester MA store and the fries were ice cold and barely got any. On top of the burgers having no bacon when they were supposed to and they had no ranch for my kids tenders. And it took 25 mins and we were the only ones in line!!! 2 bacon burger meals, a tender basket and a shake $49 😳

Ordered a pretty big order for a family of 4. No complaints; although I do wish the tenders were a bit bigger. I loved the chocolate cherry dipped cone so much.

Whoever is working the blizzard machines right now, 11/15/25 at 8:50pm is doing a HORRIBLE job and ripping people off. I order two mini blizzards with extra oreo and Graham pieces via the drive through, I live minutes away so when I get home I realize they only filled the mini blizzards HALF WAY in the cup and didn't give the extra oreo and Graham I paid for. Lazy, thieving workers. Smh avoid this location. Second time it happened. Not again. All the other locations are WAY better. Workers aren't lazy and they don't try to rip you off.

I just want to say if you pick up your food hot off the grill and fryer this place has excellent burgers and fries. If you aren’t lucky enough to get it just cooked, especially the fries it’s only mediocre. I wish somehow they could always serve just cooked fries because it makes you want to go back again asap. But I realize that’s a tough decision for the fry chef. I think hot fries is the one thing they should try to deliver if at all possible because you can’t beat them. I will be back. Nice friendly staff and clean restaurant. I enjoyed my dinner driving back on the MassPike! Ty Dairy Queen!

There was a very rude worker that actually yelled at me and my grandmother who is very old. Discrimination.
Annoyed as hell I ordered a chili dog and literally got no chili. How you gonna make a chili dog without the chili? With a door dash order if you are out of something next time let the dasher know so they can contact the customer!

The service is terrible as everyone has a face as if they don't even want to be there. No greeting or smile. They need to improve there hospitality so more people come in. I recommend the West Boyston. Where you feel welcomed and invited to eat there.

I’ve never been a huge fan of Dairy Queen’s food but they aren’t bad. The desserts are pretty tasty when you are having a sweet tooth. The staff were pleasant as well.
