The service is terrible as everyone has a face as if they don't even want to be there. No greeting or smile. They need to improve there hospitality so more people come in. I recommend the West Boyston. Where you feel welcomed and invited to eat there.

I’ve never been a huge fan of Dairy Queen’s food but they aren’t bad. The desserts are pretty tasty when you are having a sweet tooth. The staff were pleasant as well.

I go there, I ask for bbq tenders, and a side of fries with gravy. Not only did the man taking my order have me repeat what I wanted 800 times but he got nothing right. I received plain tenders, I received no gravy, and barely any fries. Even though on the receipt it said I got my bbq tenders and a side of gravy. AND I PAID FOR THAT. The best part is, the kid asks me “what kind of tenders” I respond with “the honey bbq” he says “do you want the sauce or the tenders” I repeat my order and STILL don’t get what I want. How incompetent can we be??? Your working fast food and somehow your all slow.

Drive thru ice cream super quick! Drive thru food orders super slow! Got parked for 15 minutes for a burger and fries @9pm ! Tried the app but still sucks!

Ordered delivery and they forgot my burger again. This is probably the 3rd time
Walked into the establishment and was not greeted. Went to order and it took them at least 2 minutes to acknowledge us. For them to say that they're not serving food only ice cream. Signage on the door would have been nice instead of walking in to being ignored.

I didn't see a problem with the food today but the speed of service and attitude of the employees has certainly declined from when this store first opened. Large parking lot and ample drive up room. Road access is a pain. IE there are 2 exit lanes and 1 entrance lane on a slope. People often use the left hand exit lane as an entrance lane and come dangerously close to a left turning exiting car. Handicapped accessible. Unpowered doors. As of June 2025 they have run out of the Popcorn Shrimp. I go to another local DQ for it.

I experienced harsh attitude from the employees. The food was great, but once again, maybe check into the people you’re hiring and place them in the back where they belong, specifically a short girl with black crocs.
