It took 26 minutes for us to get our 2, 10pc chunks and fries. There were 2 people taking orders and 6-8 folks in the kitchen chatting it up. The rack for to-go orders had 3 bags on it and there were only 6 ppl waiting ahead of me for their food. You could hear the profanity and racist terms of endearment from the kitchen all the way to the dining room.
