This place is an absolute go to! The service was excellent, and the assistant manager Angel was very friendly. He made a recommendation for mixing the Dave's Sauce with honey and it was absolutely delicious. The environment was clean and the food was out in a timely manner!

Such a great aesthetic & food but the real star of the visit was the assistant manager Angel! It was my first time here and he make sure I'd be a customer for life with his sparkling attitude & eagerness about the food.

Very disappointing first-time visit. We place an order at 10:30am for 11:30am pick-up. I'm not one to complain, but customer service is important, especially a new business. I arrived a little before 11:30 am. at a Dave's for the first time. I saw the spot for online orders and saw some people standing. After a couple of moments, I went up to ask about my order placed online. The young man told me there is a board with the orders and when they are ready. I stood there looking at the board. Many people poured in, placed orders, and were getting called. Now, with it being 11:48am I approached the counter again to ask about our order, mind you there was no one on line many people standing around waiting for the order and only one name on the board saying their order is ready. He looks at the shelf and says oops here's your order. So apparently, looking at the screen doesn't matter. The food tasted good but at that point was cold after sitting on the shelf.
Update: Bobby reached out from Dave's Hot Chicken to apologize for the service issue and offered a $15 coupon. I appreciate a business that goes above like such! Will give them another try in the near future.

Ordered at the counter, wited 40 mins because online orders got priority. So I wanted to cancel my order because who wants to wait more than 40 mins for fast food. They tell me it will take 2 weeks to refund the money. I take to food home after all the wait. Chiken is raw inside. I have to now air fry it in the oven. But hey you get free shake if you leave great review. Well yea, nobody would do it otherwise. Chiken was grease and tasted rubberry and again it was raw inside. Wish there was 0 stars to give.

Seriously hot stuff, and seriously tasty. The 2 slider meal with fries and a drink was enough for my wife and I to share, but I went back a week later to get the two tender meal and finished it myself.
The fries were seasoned well and the "Dave's sauce" tastes good with everything on their menu. Pretty solid for a fast food spot.
