I ordered bagels , no spreads,etc, and for some reason someone there decided to cut them all and is like they never used a knife before because the sliced bagels are uneven and frankly some are basically destroyed and falling apart. Don't slice bagels unless asked and at least do it with some skill. They wrecked my bagels. The bottom halves are less than 1/4 inch think and the top are 2 inches thick.

Good/real authentic food. Can’t get any better than that especially being a fast food breakfast place. I just don’t like how they throw a whole machine at you out the drive through window to force you to tip lol. I’ve never experienced that in my life, and it is a very off putting experience. Either pay your employees more money or place a tip cup on the window giving people an option. Society has their employees begging for spare change in a drive through is just sad to know this out reality. Mind you all she did was probably place napkins in a bag with a straw and some ketchup and handed me my order. What am I tipping for ??

I love this place. I left Worcester for a few years and the woman at the drive thru remembered me!! She’s been there for 18 years and is such a sweetheart. And the other woman with short dark hair is so sweet as well. I went there this morning, sick, after getting medicine at CVS and she really cheered me up! I will always love this place.
