Great bar on Thursdays, but the rest of the weekend Whiskey on Water, which is 2 doors down, draws most of the crowd, especially during summer. Rest of the year, it gets exciting only after Whiskey gets too crowded and there's no chance of getting in by 1. Which sucks cos the music at Whiskey is awful, but District plays way better music.
