Domino's Pizza in Worcester

“Thank you Berkan! He arrived fast and even rolled down his window to make sure it was for me. I used to work at the Domino’s in Holden and the team was always hard working and friendly. It’s the same owner at West Boylston. When we get delivery, it comes from West Boylston cuz we live closer to there.Food has always been good! My family usually gets a cheese or extra cheese and I get either a pan pizza or pasta/sandwich. Food always arrives hot. Today I decided to get the pepperoni cheese bread cuz I like pepperoni and it was great! Stuffed bread was nice and buttery and crunchy on the outside like it should be. Thank you! : ]“

“I ordered online recently and everything was going well, until the order said it was delivered but miles away from my house. I called the store and the manager said the tracking system sometimes can be weird, and it should be there soon. Another 30mins went by and still no delivery. So I called again and I think the delivery driver returned, so the manager asked where they delivered the food. Their seemed to be a mistake and it was indeed not delivered to the current address. They kept apologizing and I said mistakes happen. The manager asked if I wanted a refund or remake. I went with a remake and within 40mins my order was delivered. The food was good, but I thought how sincere the manager was and how she addressed the issue was great!“

“The thing on my food list that could be much better was chicken strips. Dough for them was a bit cardboard like. Cheesy bread with pepperoni is a favorite. Salad was doable, but could be better if not all prepackaged. I get better salad at my local grocery store. My friend liked his meal, but I can't remember what he ate.
For late night workers, they were appropriate, hard working, and got it right!“
