They recently hired more staff and it's never been worse. Between hour long waits and terrible service it makes me wish they just paid their old employees more to keep them on

We need state board comes down for food check. I ordered from this 304 Park Ave location all the time. This time, I came inside, 2 out of the pizza makers, were kneading pizza dough and grab cheese with their bare hands, no gloves. A lot of reviews with food poison, now I know the reason.

Standard Dominos. Delivery was extremely fast, but somehow food was room temperature/almost cold, but food tasted as expected and was cooked following our order exactly.

Train the workers as a Manager they need a lot of work . Not good taste or texture been a few times it comes less food ? . I love my pasta!!! Need more food ??

I LOVED this dominos, I haven’t been in a while but it’s the one I always go to for some dominos pizza. Never had I ever had an issue before. I had ordered about a week ago for a small pizza, the order was great I usually order the same thing so no problem there, but the lady who delivered it basically was running her her car with ALL my change, I was going to leave her a tip but I told her I also needed my change, she asked me how much I told her and she gives me less of what she was supposed to give me. And I corrected her again and she seemed annoyed. I apologized for the confusion and she left. But last night I saw the lady again, could be me but she seemed to be annoyed of my presence I just know the vibes were off. but this time I ordered for pickup to avoid that chaos, the drive is only 3 mins away from my house so it’s not a big deal I rarely do deliveries unless I HAVE to but we were celebrating my brothers birthday week and when we got home with the pizza the whole order was messed up, my brother didn’t mind but I know he was kinda disappointed. It’s probably new comers messing up the orders, I get it but please pay close attention to actually make sure that the orders are right next time, thanks.

This dominoes basically takes almost 20 minutes just to get through to talk to a person, pizza delivery driver can’t even be contacted and went to the wrong place, and app or website barely works to track where delivery driver is.

Dominoes was my go to place, I recently order from her and I did look through some of the reviews why I didn’t listen, I can only be upset at myself spent over $60 on pizza cheesy bread soda etc pizza was not cut, I had to cut it myself it was burnt and some of my items were missing.
Most unprofessional service in Worcester!!! The food is trash and the GM is an incompetent moron that hides behind his teenage employees!!!

Let me just say how terrible this Domino’s Pizza joint is they should absolutely be ashamed of what they call service. So despicable, their food taste terrible prepared terrible. Beware of this place they have no pride in what they do their managers when you call they just keep you on hold. Please beware don’t waste your money here.

Just paid $40 for a $28 pizza that took twice as long to get here as promised, because the non english speaking driver "doesn't carry change."Screw this place.

I ordered chocolate lava cake with 2 large pizzas & pickup from the drive thru.Waited at the window for more than 10 minutes & no one noticed me on a mid sunny day. Thought it was closed & went inside to the restaurant & the ladies working inside were simply gossiping each other not even noticing us.The lave cakes which I order dropped from the oven & literally was on the floor & the lady took the 3 pieces from the floor & packed it in-front of me in the Togo box.I asked her to make a new order & went out to park my car. When I came inside my food was ready, I wonder how it was done super fast.Coming to pizzas - None of us had a proper bit & food went directly to garbage.Unhygienic place, service is bad.Quick place in the prime area, parking is free & in back side. Dine in area was clean & good. Best place for hangout with friends.

I don't typically order food from Domino's but I decided two twice in the past few days. the first email I ordered on 8/24, was delicious. I ordered the same meal, garlic parmesan bites and a medium pan-styled pizza, but the pizza crust was burnt. It was hard to enjoy as a result, which was disheartening because Domino's pizza is so good. Still distraught about it.
