Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Not only did they not get my order right they refused to fix it. Instead they lied to me about contacting a manager and outright refused to help me.

Thank you Berkan! He arrived fast and even rolled down his window to make sure it was for me. I used to work at the Domino’s in Holden and the team was always hard working and friendly. It’s the same owner at West Boylston. When we get delivery, it comes from West Boylston cuz we live closer to there.Food has always been good! My family usually gets a cheese or extra cheese and I get either a pan pizza or pasta/sandwich. Food always arrives hot. Today I decided to get the pepperoni cheese bread cuz I like pepperoni and it was great! Stuffed bread was nice and buttery and crunchy on the outside like it should be. Thank you! : ]

I placed an order of 2 medium pizzas, bread sticks, and a 2 liter. The food had not arrived two hours after my order was placed. I called the store and they said the driver was just now leaving and would take 12 minutes. I said that was okay as long as the food was going to be hot. Long story short the food arrived cold, and my sprite was room temperature. Typically when I order from this location my food always comes late, my order is incorrect, or the quality of the food is lacking. I’m a fan of the dominoes franchise however this specific location is struggling to live up to the standard.

Has gone way down-hill over the past few months. The consistency between who’s making the pizza one night versus another is night and day — sometimes great, sometimes awful. Forgetting garlic, etc.The other night I had a car-side order. Order finished and I waited 20 minutes before I finally went in and asked for my order. Ended up with a free pizza because of the 2 minute timer but what a waste of time.

Domino's never disappoints! I ordered their Pepperoni Pizza, and it was delicious. The crust was perfectly crispy, the cheese was gooey, and the pepperoni had just the right amount of spice. Plus, their delivery was right on time. Domino's is my go-to for a tasty, convenient pizza fix.
If there was a 0 star option i would press that instead. Was delivered item i did not order, did not take & when called the store was double charged for the whole order. SCAM

First and foremost I never post reviews, probably the slowest mentally and physically people to ever run a dominos. Upon arrival I don’t know if it was a language barrier but I told the cashier my order number. She didn’t understand and 3rd time asking I brought up my order number on my phone. She then found it. I got a 3 topping pizza… and when I got home i came to discover the pizza only had 1/3 toppings. The people there collectively share 5 brain cells. And that’s generous. But, you get what you pay for so.
