We were invited to join friends one night at this great restaurant and have returned a few times! Small. Tucked away. A bit noisy but it all adds to the charm. The food is excellent. The service has been outstanding. Absolutely delicious. The mushroom risotto with scallops was delicious and I really liked the shrimp with vodka sauce and penne. I think the homemade pasta would make it over the top.

Compared to Dunkin Donuts, these donuts are amazing. I stopped at this small Mom & Pop place for a glazed and a Boston cream donut on the way to Millbury early one Saturday morning. The Boston cream donut was really really good. I wouldn't travel out of my way in search of these donuts, there are better places to make a day out of visiting, but they were good. Moral of the story; don't ever buy donuts from Dunkin and, if you're in the neighborhood, this little spot has tasty fresh donuts that are worth stopping for.

Snobby high pressure service, it was raining out and i walked there, lady gave me a cheap bag that broke, donuts on asphault. Bad donut haiku and bad experience, unfortunately.

This place used to be good "used" to. The donuts have changed and the customer service is awful. Not sure what's going on but the few times in the past I stopped by the place has a foul odor. Haven't been back.
I noticed there's not many recent reviews her so I'll go ahead and update the masses! Donut Cafe is a big no from me. I just can't get behind their donuts. The put their own spin on classic donuts and maybe for some people it works but all I can taste is sugar.. and i love donuts. The glaze on the glazed, and blueberry cake is so thick it's all you can taste. Even the butternut has such s thick glaze under the nuts you can't even enjoy the donut. They also do take credit cards... but they're do it the old fashion way where they call someone (who knows who she even called) and recites your credit card numbers over the phone with all your info. Luckily the store was empty but that is no way to run a business in 2019. That's uncomfortable and I won't be back just because of that. The donuts wouldn't of made me want to come back even if that didn't happen anyways though.
