One of the best local shops I've had the pleasure... still a large size donut (not down sized) and a simple but tasty menu... GREAT COFFEE !!!! (I've noticed the ONE bad review is from somone who doesn't like any of the places s/he visits !!!)... otherwise, review is a solide 5* !!! And they donate to a local Veteran's group, Project New Hope, for their coffee social event... love this place...
Donut Express has Exceptional Donuts in a real local coffee donut shop. No cooperate flash or hype just good food decent prices, lovely staff and friendly customers.
It's sad.
When people are that miserable in life!!! good luck going there.
This is a great local breakfast spot. The young ladies are beautiful, professional, and polite. The food uses real ingredients and tastes like home. Donuts are bigger than dunks etc. There's a big menu. Prices are great. The croissant, egg, bacon and cheese is my favorite. They even have a drive-through and a modest sitting area inside. I can't say enough good about Donuts express❤️
Donuts here are awesome, they do however need an espresso machine....badly
The best donuts and BECs around!! And the staff is wonderful!!! Worcester hidden gem!
Kid-friendliness: Only a few tables and counter seating inside but the staff are fabulous to kids.

I just ordered a hot regular coffee with sugar, it tasted bitter, the girl stirs it with the spoon to sweeten the coffee, train your staff.
My favorite quick breakfast cheap!

The girls here are always super pleasant and they have tons of iced and hot coffee flavors including seasonal rotations as well. My go to is the cinnamon sticky bun iced coffee and a chocolate frosted cake donut. Their griddle top is small but they turn out freshly made breakfast sandwiches FAST. I work on the Worcester/Auburn line and I stop in at least 3 times per week. Pro tip - You order and pick up at the same drive through window which can be a little time consuming so I often go inside to order.

Just ordered donuts. The atmosphere seemed nice and cozy, but the donuts weren’t very good. We had a maple yeast donut where the icing was a way too sweet and the dough didn’t have much substance. The cake donuts were okay but we’ve had better elsewhere.

The autricity of the horrible customer I just received left me shocked because I have never been somewhere and got treated the way I was treated. They have drive thru service, I was in line to order my breakfast. My friend is sick not with covid or anything she just had a severe hangover and she couldn’t contain herself we were in the back of the line, my friend couldn’t hold there was no warning she opened the door to throw up what was clear liquid from someone who hasn’t eaten yet . When we arrived to the window I was disgusted by the attitude and the way I was spoken to. As soon as I pulled up to the window there where three ladies there all of them looking at us, one said “is someone sick” I had said “my friend is sick” then she proceeded to say “ well do you have a napkin to cover it or clean it up” like where on earth do the customer come and clean up their mess in the street not even inside their restaurant as I was in the drive thru as I had mentioned. So instead of them asking “is she ok” or saying “hope she feels better” as a regular business owner with good customer service would do, they instead made us feel horrible and weird. It got to the point that they were looking at us like if we were the problem when in all reality things happen , people get sick it’s life. If you own a business your duty is to treat every customer service that comes to your establishment with great customer service, respect, and morality, instead of being judgemental and looking at us like we were a virus when in all reality we were in the street outside not even inside their establishment when it occurred. She had said “” well you could have pulled to the side” instead of being caring , compassionate, and understanding she said we could have pulled to the side as of we can control someone’s vomit coming up out of nowhere. As there was no signs of it occurring it just happened my friend instantly opened door to relive herself. She then goes on with attitude to tell me somewhere along the lines of “well let’s just move it along what would you like” do you think I want anything from that business and they made us feel uncomfortable. All my life I have seen people sick and vomit even inside peoples establishment and what have I seen all my life is someone coming to pick it up and asking if customer is ok! I have never in my life seen this type of treatment towards a customer that is sick. Very inhumane and now I don’t ever want to go there again.
