I've only gone to this location a hand full of times and after today I nominate them to be the worst in Worcester. The coffee's I've gotten were either wrong or only half full, the food here is always burnt/stale. Do yourself a favor and go 5 minutes out of your way to the main st Dunks.

I think the last time I enjoyed Dunkin Donuts was 1990. Dunkin' Donuts has done nothing but expand for the worst. I really don't understand how people can say that their coffee is any good. I grabbed a coffee from yesterday not by choice and once again was extremely disappointed I think it got worse if that's even possible. Coffee tastes burnt like always and literally tastes like the cream is sour. Worst coffee in the world

Terrible. I always order the same thing with oatmilk. I pay the extra $0.89 for oatmilk. They always give me regular whole milk and then have a terrible attitude when I tell them that itās oatmilk and that Iāve already been charged for it especially when the sticker on the cup says oatmilk. If Iām paying almost $6 for a small iced latte now, I would like it made correctly. Itās one thing to make a mistake here and there but every single time is ridiculous.

My boyfriend and I came to this Dunkinās on October 4th around noon. We are door dashers so we were going to pick up an order from this dunkinās. When we got in there, the worker asked what was our order and we said we had a pickup for doordash. She then asked what was the name and I then responded with the name of Emely who was supposed to receive this doordash. She then walked away from us and looked as if she was trying to find the doordash and then just gave up. We then sat there for another 15 minutes waiting for the doordash. While we were waiting, we were completely ignored by all staff even while trying to get their attention. The woman who asked me about the doordash never told us that she didnāt have the doordash. There was zero communication on their end. My boyfriend then goes up to the worker after waiting to show we again have a doordash. The worker takes his phone out of his hand without permission. Then another worker came over to us and grabbed his phone out of his hand and took it to the other employees behind the counter. I find that weird, unprofessional, and gross. My boyfriend then yelled āHey why did you take my phone.ā This whole situation was handled extremely poorly.
