very annoyed i spend 50 something dollars on my regular dunkin’s order and first it got sent to me without HALF MY ORDER. i ordered two donuts, two breakfast wraps, and two croissants plus a juice and two other drinks. my drinks came with no straw and all i had was the drinks and donuts … and had the order redone and sent out and when i received what i was missing my wraps were croissants, the juice was incorrect and if it weren’t for the fact i asked the dasher for straws i would’ve been left without it. highly disappointed in this location!

I've been here over the weeks to grab something quick when needed.
i always have a problem with the Ukrainian woman, because she rushes you on the order,and on the food so her timer doesn't turn red.She doesn't use the label printout and put it on the cup,and always has an aggressive attitude. (She was working 9pm, 14th 2025.)
This has resulted in cold food and half a cup of coffee. -On top of that she took back the food, and placed it on meal prep area where another woman was cutting a croissant, the lady meal prepping then decided to touch my bag and mess with everything in it while I AM ACTIVELY SICK! (11:40am-12pm) 14th 2025
I yelled at her to stop touching the bag and to go change her gloves because I am sick.
They shouldn't have even took the bag back, whether I was sick or not because I can only imagine how many other times they've done this, and risked other peoples health.
Consider this a warning. I will be calling the manager in the morning,and I'm not opposed to calling OSHA for a health code violation!
* And I shouldn't be getting eye rolls because you can't do your job right, and I have to step and be your manager.*

I've only gone to this location a hand full of times and after today I nominate them to be the worst in Worcester. The coffee's I've gotten were either wrong or only half full, the food here is always burnt/stale. Do yourself a favor and go 5 minutes out of your way to the main st Dunks.
