You can get your order very fast in this Dunkin’ Donuts! I like the Iced Coffees and refreshers but not a fan of hot coffees.
During the academic year (August to May) this is a very crowded place, but the number of staff expands or contracts according to historical need. Other reviewers have noted the frightening level of efficiency here and it is very true. You'll get your order rapidly even if the place is very crowded. At WPI classes end at 10 minutes before the hour, so the best practice is to visit the place in the bottom half of the hour.

And lastly: this Dunkin has recently (April 2023) decided they don't accept cash, so be prepared (also: MGL Ch 225D,Sec 10A).
Great way to start the day! They make great sandwiches and or course who doesn't love a Dunkin iced, has been the starter for my day for a while now haha
There’s a kiosk next to the counter. They never turn it off. Ordering from it after the store is closed is same as throwing your money in garbage :)

Dunkin Donuts coffee taste more like water flavored coffee. It's very weak and tastes really bad. Further, the service is poor.

As a Dunkin' Donuts on a college campus, it's always busy, but that doesn't distract the employees from knowing that in nineteen ninety eight the undertaker threw mankind off hell in a cell, and plummeted sixteen ft through an announcer's table.
Best Dunkin Donuts staff I have ever seen. They are always crazy busy, but are always right on top of all of the orders. Ordering through the app ahead of time is the way to go here because the line often has 20 or more people in it.
This Dunkins is super busy but service is still pretty fast.I recommend using your phone to order on the go to avoid waiting in line.
