I haven't had a problem with the food or coffee here. I do realize that the food is probably made elsewhere and not on site and as such I am fussy about what I order here, especially at night when it's probably been sitting. There is very limited seating immediately around this place and no real free parking.

What a perfect DD! So convenient: we were down at the lake for a crew regatta and this Dunks was a perfect refuge on a cold, windy day. Staff were incredibly kind and efficient despite the unusually large number of customers for an early Sunday morning.

UMass University campus I ordered a coffee cake muffin and a decaf coffee. When I got up to my daughter's room, I reached into the bag, the muffin was so hard and stale like it was one week old. The decaf wasn't much better, Luke warm and off. How could the server touch the muffin and think that anyone would eat it, much less PAY for it? The coffee was less evident. I went back asked if there was anything that was fresh in that case. She did not answer me but proceeded to heat up a petrified muffin. When I told her I did not want THAT muffin, she looked like a deer in the headlights! Common sense is all I ask, good customer service and common Sense. She felt several muffins and apparently consistency was the same. Dunkins has gone downhill. Quite the rip-off. Gourmet Donuts, you just got yourself a new customer!

I normally don't leave one star reviews but this place is putting people's lives at risk. I bought a drink for my mother who has difficulty swallowing due to her medical condition and I found an earing backer in the drink. Luckily my mother had not finished the drink before I saw it. This is especially egregious since this DD is located in a hospital. I urge you all to avoid this place.

Food is always decent but the night crew lately seems like they are always pissed off at someone. Even when I meet them with a smile or tell them to have a great day. Even on Christmas not even a happy greeting.

Really conveniently located in the entrance to the UMass Memorial Medical Center--University Campus-- is a Dunkin' Donuts. The staff are very friendly and the food and drinks are really fresh and affordable.

This has got to be the worst DD ever, the staff is super rude and the service is just awful 😑 Update,had to rewrite after what I just witnessed, saw a lady on her phone and straight up put her left hand down her backside inside her pants and instead of washing her hands went straight up to making someone's drink 🤢
Service is horrible some of the morning crew on wed are not very pleasant I didn’t get a receipt an tge don’t wear gloves gross also my order was wrong not once but twice

too many hands on deck and orders are wrong often. In a hospital where you have employees running down before a meeting, clinic or the OR its hard to go back to get what you actually ordered. The ladies at the pick up section too busy flirting with constructions workers there to pick up orders - causing back up and a crowd of ppl just trying to get their orders. Very unorganized!

Not at all surprised by the negative reviews here! This Dunkin' is extremely slow every time, even when you can clearly see that they aren't understaffed at all! Employees are always running around behind the counter appearing busy, but still somehow not getting anything done, anything you order takes forever! Many times I have only ordered one cup of coffee & have had to wait nearly 10 mins! Unacceptable...they must come up with a better way to service customers, or they'll certainly lose business here! I preferred when it was Starbucks, the coffee was always made fresh, workers were right on it, no matter when you stopped by & everything was just all around so much better! There was also an employee named Emma who was fantastic, who I'm sad to see is no longer working there. You always notice a huge group or customers standing around waiting for their orders, getting aggravated with the ridiculous wait times! Dunkin', please try to do better than this! You are located in a very busy hospital, many of us are really in need of faster service, because we stop by as we're leaving the hospital, or at times are purchasing items for patients, and would really prefer more effort & better, higher quality service! It should not take more than a few minutes for a cup of coffee or one pastry!! I'm very surprised that you are still in business truthfully & haven't been shut down yet. Maybe try hiring new employees, or retraining current ones to move a little faster, so that the lines can go quickly for all?? I know some have large orders, but you can't tell me that 10+ mins is normal or appropriate for one coffee or one donut/muffin, etc. You literally just have to pour the coffee & toss the pastry in a bag!

Went to eat after been 7 hrs in the hospital and the person working tell me she is not train to work the sandwiches station I ask for hot latte and the person don’t know how to do the latte mind she was very nice and keep apologizing to me wish and I feel so bad for her going trough her shif with so many rude customer after that I order a donuts with my dunking donuts card and cause of 10 cents she did not give the donuts I try pay with my bank card and the sistem is not working,please don’t put employees that are not fully train to risk them getting injury safety is always first and I love dunking but this situation take care before and employee end up getting the company in trouble with the city.
