Great stop every day. It can be a little sketchy because there are no security and it's connected with the gas station, store. Lock your car doors when going inside. Other than that great location staff on both sides are great kind and cortious.

Every time I come here we are always happy! Thank you for being so awesome! Our puppies and my wife and I love coming here! The puppies love the attention! We are the dog daycare owners that come through the drive thru regularly before moving to shrewsbury. We miss this location and stop by any chance we get still!

Ordered 1 dzn donuts and they tasted like they were a day old. They were hard just not good and my Coffee tastes like water.There's so many homeless around maybe they're keeping the old donuts and selling them the next day so homeless don't rummage trash but I don't want to buy 12 day old donuts. So no thank you to that Dunkin.The only good Dunkins are in Whitinsville.

I walked in to pay for gas to only hear the dunkins cashier flipping out while on the phone with someone, never mind she was outside smoking.??I tell my friend hey let's just go to the dunkins down the road. We did.

The people that work in morning need assistance to have only 1 individual trying to balance drive thru baking items and front counter seems rather overwhelming for 1 person I frequently use this place would be nice to get help at counter faster management needs to step it up!!! Concerned truck driver that does not fit through drive thru

At Xtra Mart Gas Station, 257 Providence St, Worcester, MA 01607I went on 5/26/2023 early morning and I request a coffee by the drive-thru for my granddaughter a young lady gave me the wrong one, so I went again and an old lady employee was so rude with a defensive attitude in front of my granddaughter and told me liar at the window and she was so mad and didn't want to give me the coffee. Early morning she starts messing up the day of customers. She can't work with customers. Even tho I was speaking to her nicely and told her thanks and she Yell at me and told me back "THANKS AGAIN” ??♀️

The worst customer service! (Today 05/23/2023) pull up to the window, do not receive a greeting more like “can I take your order” I say can I have the ham and cheese crois (interrupted by the drive thru rep OK ANYTHING ELSE?) I’m like ¿? Did I just get cut off? Give me a second please. . Then I proceed ice latte caramel melted sugar please she’s like is that all? (Attitude) I’m like yes she’s like thank you! I’m like you welcome?! Pull up to grab my order as he hands me the coffee she’s like here you go snachy! And everyone in the store proceeds to laugh. I parked my vehicle proceed inside the store ask to speak to the manager that NEVER proceeded to the counter and I still made my statement very clear! I am an office manager your unprofessional I will NEVER ALLOW MY STAFF TO SPEAK TO ANY CUSTOMER THIS WAY YOU NEED TO BE FIRED! Don’t even deserve a job! …Swearing while talking to customersTotally ignoring mobile orders … DO NOT VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT GO TO ANOTHER DUNKINS! The coffee was not even good it’s sad!!!! ZERO STARS if I could. They will never see me again.
