It honestly depends on who is working. But 90% of the staff are very, very rude. Being disabled it's the closest to my house. It is not handicap accessible at all except for parking. And there is No Public Restrooms!!!! Not to be Rude or Disrespectful but a majority of the employees have a huge language barrier when it comes to english. I have even had to send my driver in or go to another Dunks to fix my coffee or order and that happens alot. And the fact the homeless who are addicts pan handle next to the drive thru/entrance is insanity and most of them are nodding out from drug use. I just dont understand why this Dunkin is run the way it is, just because you give it a makeover its still the same. (A huge dissapointment this year was the Halloween Spider Donuts. They did not look like spiders at all, they should have been monster donuts...) Always check your order and beverages before you depart.

It is ok, I just hate when I order a coffee and it’s only made the way I ask sometimes. I feel like they make the coffee how they personally like it. Everyone has different taste and I ordered it how I did for a reason, not for me to get home and take a sip and it’s nothing like I asked for. I don’t care if you think my coffee is too sweet, it’s how I like it and I don’t care about anyone’s opinion I just hate when they do that and this is the only Dunkin’s I have a problem with them doing that

attitude employees. dirt water coffee, they dont change the coffee grinds because theyre cheap and lazy. disgusting. they make your drink the way they want not what you order. 3 creams does not mean 10 creams, people want coffee not a cup of CREAM.

I only get the avocado toast at dunkin so I tried it here. It came out fresh & tasted good. The donuts were fully stocked & coffee was served hot. There's no public bathroom here, fyi, if this is your stop on a road trip.
Water with coloring 3.52 dollars is an abuse, it tastes like nothing, respect the customers.

I never get the right order and when I return for another purchase and try to reecho my order to avoid mistakes they act so mean and shush you. I spend money there not stone so respect what people order and stop rushing to give just anything. This has been happening to me for months....fix that
