Dunkin’s is always hit or miss but it really missed today. Coffee was burnt, bagel had no cream cheese and was burnt… service was fine but took a couple minutes to get my coffee from the drive thru. 8$ for a medium latte and bagel with cream cheese is kinda ridiculous tho

Placed an order in the drive thru. When I went to the window to pay I realized I forgot one thing for one of the kids in the car. Asked them if they could add it to the order. Lady was very rude and told me no. I asked her why and then another worker came and told me no. Worst Dunkin I’ve been to with workers with nasty attitudes. I wouldn’t expect anything less for this area but I’ve been here before and never experienced anything like this. The workers at the drive through should be fired or take a class on customer service

I am so disappointed in the level of service this location has. My drink tasted so bad, usually I can overlook it, but it was literally disgusting - I realized this half way through my drive so I couldn’t return until the afternoon (with the cup still entirely full). I asked the employee if they could make me a new one and she instantly proceeded to reprimand me about how I ordered in the AM and why was I there now. I tried explaining that I don’t work in the area, but she continued to be rude and it was honestly really embarrassing. I think she insulted me, I couldn’t really tell because she was speaking in another language but I came to them with so much understanding and patience, I genuinely could not understand how it escalated so quickly. I live nearby so this has been my family Dunks for more than 20 years, however, I refuse to give them anymore of my money. I would continue to go to this location even after they get my order wrong just because I knew some of the ladies and it was convenient. It may seem silly, but I just don’t understand where her anger came from - it was a $5 drink, it wasn’t gonna be taken out of her paycheck if she just made me a new drink. Don’t go to this location, I would rather go the extra minute to another one.

Early mornings go through Dunkin. Only the smell when I get inside wake up right LOL
It honestly depends on who is working. But 90% of the staff are very, very rude. Being disabled it's the closest to my house. It is not handicap accessible at all except for parking. And there is No Public Restrooms!!!! Not to be Rude or Disrespectful but a majority of the employees have a huge language barrier when it comes to english. I have even had to send my driver in or go to another Dunks to fix my coffee or order and that happens alot. And the fact the homeless who are addicts pan handle next to the drive thru/entrance is insanity and most of them are nodding out from drug use. I just dont understand why this Dunkin is run the way it is, just because you give it a makeover its still the same. (A huge dissapointment this year was the Halloween Spider Donuts. They did not look like spiders at all, they should have been monster donuts...) Always check your order and beverages before you depart.

It is ok, I just hate when I order a coffee and it’s only made the way I ask sometimes. I feel like they make the coffee how they personally like it. Everyone has different taste and I ordered it how I did for a reason, not for me to get home and take a sip and it’s nothing like I asked for. I don’t care if you think my coffee is too sweet, it’s how I like it and I don’t care about anyone’s opinion I just hate when they do that and this is the only Dunkin’s I have a problem with them doing that
