Honestly one of the worst Dunkin I being to
The employee made a bad mistake of giving me the wrong coffee with something I’m allergic to
And I tried to explain it to her and told her to be more careful next time all she did was roll her eyes and give me attitude their not professional at all definitely need more training

The only Dunkin’s that gets my coffee right every. time. Which is extremely rare
Staffs are extremely RUDE! Was trying to use my rewards for an iced matcha latte and iced coffee, The lady was screaming and quoted “stay home and figure it out yourself “ when I asked if she knows how to choose the correct reward for the drinks. However, the lady scanned my rewards for both of the drinks also made me pay for iced matcha latte. Ended up losing 1000 points

This was a great location. The workers seem miserable in the drive-thru. Always behind. Today I went inside and the girl didn't speak English at all. I tried ordering a pumpkin coffee and she didn't know what that was. She also shorted me $1 in change but I didn't bother.

It's not clean. It's humid in the building. And they look as though they need help. Took them a lot of time to help people who came into the store. They were running around trying to get things done. Looks like bad managing.

We went to this Dunkin’s at 2am on a Wednesday night. We got a few wake up wraps and a grilled cheese.
The grilled cheese had extra cheese upon request, but MAN it did not really taste like anything. I mostly tasted just the bread still, and here’s an added picture for reference!
Atmosphere is mid, we saw a dead fly on one of the shelves in line…
Service was not bad. The guy didn’t seem like he hated his life, if you see this, thank you for your service!

This was the worst customer service that I've experienced in a while. I was in the middle of asking a question and the person I was talking to walked away from me.

One of the worst Dunkins I've been to. Literally every single employee is rude and acts like you being there is such a huge inconvenience. Say thank you they just look at you annoyed. Ask what they said because they're mumbling and they look at you like they're stupid. Sometimes they just hide in the back, waited 15 minutes and not a single person came out.
Worst experience complained because I ordered plain snackin bacon an extra crispy. Not a smile or thank you. Never go back there

I know the workers & dunkin don’t care about these reviews & it also won’t prevent people from going there but this is just going to make me feel better ? the worker at the cash register in the drive thru (glasses on) - did not take my order at the speaker (I ordered my coffee & bagel cream cheese lightly toasted with another worker) & I thought the girl at the register was confirming with me if I wanted my bagel toasted and I said yes lightly- I notice they weren’t putting cream cheese on it & wrapped it up and tried giving me the bag so I said it’s suppose to have cream cheese as well. & the girl with the glasses said “now you want to open your mouth” and then proceeded to say “I asked you twice” when she didn’t lol. She asked me once & I thought she was confirming if I wanted it toasted or not. This is not how you treat customers-maybe coworkers should communicate? Idk hope she has a better day. I’ll be praying for her ?

The girl at the cash register. Took my order. Instead of making me my coffee. She decided it was a good time to start counting her tips. This happened at 8:00 am. So it was not like she was cashing out to go home. As she counted her change. She told me she'll make my coffee in just a minute. I waited over 5 minutes. I was like you got to be kidding me. These young kids nowadays. She's been working there long time. You would think she would know better. The sad thing about it was I left her a dollar tip. I so much wanted to ask for it back.

Let's break this down on this Dunkin for starters this Dunkin Donuts the atmosphere was pretty good it was not crowded but the person who attend me in the front wasn't that really polite it was more attending their cell phone then taking my order at the same time was a little bit off because soon as it was done taking my and my wife and my dad's order it was more important to run to their cell phone and go on the side but I cannot say enough about the other person who was really on top of my order was ready on top of helping me and every detail of my order and on top of that everything was nice and fresh and it was nice and hot I cannot complain about her she was very polite and very well opening at the same time the place was very clean very organized and like I said in the beginning it wasn't crowded but I do recommend and hopefully you will find a better chance of bumping into somebody we're better friendly atmosphere and will help you feel much better than what I went through
