I ordered a Carmel craze signature iced latte it was missing everything for example I was missing the Carmel I was missing the cinnamon and I had no sugar. Also I order the new cookie cloud latte she gave me no cookies crumbs and it tasted very very weird I gave it back to the lady and asked her if she can give me the cookie crumbs she said yes and when she gave it back to me there was no cookie I wasn’t going to ask again because I was in a rush terrible service I wish I can get a refund

The service is terrible. It can easily take you 5 minutes for a cup of coffee. No staff, only one girl is on duty every morning. And she is slow. The customers care is very poor. Something needs to be done. One lady who seems to be the manager is no better than the girl.

Employees can’t follow directions at all. I usually place a pickup order and half the time it’s not ready when I drive up there (I give them at least 10 mins before going there), or it’s wrong. Today my sandwich had yellow cheese instead of white cheese and my matcha had way more vanilla in it than I asked for. I purposely put ONE pump in the app, not three for a medium, it’s not a mistake on my part, and I don’t want someone hitting the pump a bunch of times. Also I ordered 10 munchkins and I didn’t get a single glazed one! It’s 10:30am, they can’t be out of them. I used to work at Dunkin’s as well so I’m pretty disappointed every time I come here.

To whoever is running this Dunkin - you should have your staff focus on customer service. This is the only location where I’ve had consistently poor experiences and today was more of the same. The girl working on Thursday, 6/26 at 11:15am needs a MASSIVE attitude adjustment. Not acknowledging most of the customers, my pick up order took almost 20 minutes to complete, and once she finally did she threw the bag down on the counter in front of me without saying a word as if I personally did something to her. I get that food service isn’t the most fun job and customers can be challenging too, but taking it out on other customers is unnecessary and uncalled for. If staffing is the issue and you’re unhappy and over worked then take it up with management rather than taking it out on the public.

The 'barista' was probably the most unprofessional I've seen. She scowled at me when I placed my order. I asked for a coffee with cream and sugar and I guess she assumed I meant cold? When I said hot she rolled her eyes. Both times when I received my sandwich and coffee I said thanks but she didn't bother replying.

And I tried to explain it to her and told her to be more careful next time all she did was roll her eyes and give me attitude their not professional at all definitely need more training

Staffs are extremely RUDE! Was trying to use my rewards for an iced matcha latte and iced coffee, The lady was screaming and quoted “stay home and figure it out yourself “ when I asked if she knows how to choose the correct reward for the drinks. However, the lady scanned my rewards for both of the drinks also made me pay for iced matcha latte. Ended up losing 1000 points

This was a great location. The workers seem miserable in the drive-thru. Always behind. Today I went inside and the girl didn't speak English at all. I tried ordering a pumpkin coffee and she didn't know what that was. She also shorted me $1 in change but I didn't bother.
