Huge Dunkin guy through and through.
PBR score 5 out of 13. No PBR found here but you normally want a coffee when you’re going.
The place is disgusting got loaded hash browns they used maple sugar bacon asked nicely for regular bacon instead they did end up making it again with full raw pieces of bacon and all the hash browns were together also burnt if you picked it up it was all in a pile absolutely disgusting the workers don’t know what they’re doing I would know as a Dunkin employee so unprofessional

Worker closed before the actual closing time and would not serve us. Then laughed about it. Would recommend the shell location down the road instead, better quality anyway.

They mess up orders constantly. Before driving off check your order. Numerous occasions i order bagel with egg and cheese and several times received it with no egg.

Every morning staff are quick and efficient. Weekends are totally opposite. I seem to get a young guy, no English and gets the order wrong EVERY time. So frustrating i need to drive away and go across to honey dew.

Hands down the sweetest people working here- every time I go through drive through, they are just so awesome and kind.
I ordered small ice latte and medium strawberry lemonade refresher through the app. But it end up that They gave a nasty ice latte (correct size) and a small lemonade( I already paid for medium)instead . Such a huge disappointed.

They ruined my order, I asked for extra extra and they gave one sugar. If I could go lower in my review I would. This place deserves -stars for there horrible service.

I got 2 coffees this morning, and what was supposed to be 2 wake up wraps. Had to repeat my order multiple times for it to still be wrong and not made right. Coffee tasted so burnt I couldn't even fix it when I got home. Went right down the sink. What a waste of money!
Couldn't live without their coffee.
