I ordered small ice latte and medium strawberry lemonade refresher through the app. But it end up that They gave a nasty ice latte (correct size) and a small lemonade( I already paid for medium)instead . Such a huge disappointed.

I got 2 coffees this morning, and what was supposed to be 2 wake up wraps. Had to repeat my order multiple times for it to still be wrong and not made right. Coffee tasted so burnt I couldn't even fix it when I got home. Went right down the sink. What a waste of money!

Terrible. So rude. When I got to the window I heard a worker inside yell "tell her to shut up and don't be a b**** when she gets up here". There are plenty of other DD in the area AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS!!!!
Always make my coffee right here and the customer service and what they do is pretty cool
