Now I have been going to this location for many years accept when I moved away for a short time. I went in today and the place was nice renovated but they had gotten rid of the pickup area inside. I approached the counter oh and there was no one in line behind me and no other customers inside. Now the girl who took my order was very nice so I tipped her nicely. While I was waiting for my order and old woman behind the counter started giving me and attitude for not moving down a foot or two down the counter saying other people were waiting and I was like who there’s no one here. I moved and even complimented the renovation as I hadn’t been in a while. She kept with her attitude and even the employee who waited on me was shaking her head about the old woman’s behavior. Needless to say I won’t be giving her any more business…

I went through the drive thru. I ordered a $6 meal deal and a bagel with cream cheese. I asked for the senior discount on the bagel. It voided the $6 meal deal and nobody mentioned that it would. The meal deal would have been the better discount. I asked for the bagel to have the cream cheese applied for my passenger. It was not. They didn't give me the hash browns at the window or the receipt before I asked. I had to park and go inside. The store has been renovated. Service needs to be too.

This place is absolutely disgusting, older black lady at window was eating and digging food out of her teeth with her finger and still serving donuts. They never know what's in your pick up order, they just hand you your drinks and you'll have to guide them through your entire order and get your food your ordered. Wish I could put a 0 star and surprised this store isn't already at a 1 star with how many bad reviews and interactions. This dunkin team needs to be re-evaluate asap

Extremely unprofessional staff today. Little lady with black teeth yelled across the counter at me for accidentally ordering twice online and wanting help with canceling the order. FYI DUNKINS WILL NOT HONOR REFUNDS IN PERSON. I had to call the 800 number. But nothing justifies the inappropriate behavior of this staff person today. I was in tears as I’m on a very tight budget and was getting a surprise for my Sons birthday today.
Wish I could give this a 0 -Everytime I order from here it’s a problem -Always make the order wrong -Door dashing from here is nightmare you’re lucky if you get what you order. Items missing or simple send you the next closes thing to what you order without a heads up -Drive through is no different you always have to check before leaving the parking lot to go back inside and get it right -Portions get smaller by each visit -Always hiring kids that all they do is give attitude and gossip while the line keeps growing -Managers always MIA -Phone is always one automatic Decline
I have gave this Dunkin’s enough tries to know it’s not me.Never returning again, sad as it’s the closest one to me. Rather go to the Starbucks next door and pay extra from now on.

This is my first time at this location. After working in the area for the past 3 years, I ordered a sandwich and a chi coffee. When I received my order, I got a sandwich and three sips of coffee. The rest was foam. When I asked for it to be fixed, they gave me back the same cup with a squrt of syrup. I finally just asked for my money back, and the worker gave me an attitude and said, " Now what I am I supposed to do with this coffee." Wow all this over foam
