The app messed up and added on like 5 items from a previous order. I didnt click reorder items, I dont know how it happened it was a glitch. But an older women working there argued with me, accused me of lying basically. Told me to go through the app but when you call the number is down. They also refused to refund me unless I went inside which I couldn't do because i was so anxious and uncomfortable with how i was being treated. Even though they handle cash at the drive through for some reason they wouldn't do it there. I have anxiety and the way I was being treated at the window made me feel unsafe and anxious to go inside so I just drove off. Im a single mom and now a $10 order turned to $45 and I didnt have money to spend like that. Im so upset and embarrassed. I go to that dunkins very often and I never have gotten treated like this before. I almost cried at the drive through window. I honestly dont know if ill ever go back to this location again and ive gone for 10 years.

I went to this to this location around 9 am Thursday 12/28. There was no line. I asked for a plain bagel with cream cheese, and two chocolate frosted sprinkle donuts. When I got to the window I paid & tipped as I always do, they immediately handed me my bagel and sent the donut bag back for another donut. When I pulled out I realized I got handed a toasted but ice cold hard bagel, some other persons order must have been forgotten so they pawned it to me. Gross

The lack of English speaking employees is frustrating. And when they get something completely wrong, the ownership and management are hugely unhelpful. Even after I showed the cashier an email saying this location owed me a free coffee, I was denied until I was walking out the door. Of course there was a huge line at that point and I wasn't going to hold it up even more so than the back up they caused because no one could understand the language. Please don't go here. There is a Dunkin every 10 feet. Just avoid this one - their ownership is unresponsive and unhelpful!

Went to get a latte this am. Line was moving fast but too fast. The lady taking the orders rushed through my order and gave me the wrong coffee. The coffee was supposed to be an iced latte and there was absolutely no ice. It was all liquid coffee and it didn’t even have the right flavors I asked for. Instead of rushing the line. Take ur time and listen to the customers order to make it right.
