I went to this to this location around 9 am Thursday 12/28. There was no line. I asked for a plain bagel with cream cheese, and two chocolate frosted sprinkle donuts. When I got to the window I paid & tipped as I always do, they immediately handed me my bagel and sent the donut bag back for another donut. When I pulled out I realized I got handed a toasted but ice cold hard bagel, some other persons order must have been forgotten so they pawned it to me. Gross

The lack of English speaking employees is frustrating. And when they get something completely wrong, the ownership and management are hugely unhelpful. Even after I showed the cashier an email saying this location owed me a free coffee, I was denied until I was walking out the door. Of course there was a huge line at that point and I wasn't going to hold it up even more so than the back up they caused because no one could understand the language. Please don't go here. There is a Dunkin every 10 feet. Just avoid this one - their ownership is unresponsive and unhelpful!

Can never ever get your order right no matter how clearly you tell them your order. Very very low quality place.
Went to get a latte this am. Line was moving fast but too fast. The lady taking the orders rushed through my order and gave me the wrong coffee. The coffee was supposed to be an iced latte and there was absolutely no ice. It was all liquid coffee and it didn’t even have the right flavors I asked for. Instead of rushing the line. Take ur time and listen to the customers order to make it right.

It's pretty sad that every time I go here the food is ice cold. Literally every time I get a sandwich it tastes like it's been in the warmer that hasn't been turned on and has been sitting all day. Honestly though is it THAT hard to make food to order. Or at least make sure the food in the warmer stays hot.

They don’t like to listen to what your order is I got 2 grilled cheese with bacon paid for bacon and get no bacon wanted that new chocolate caramel cold brew I get cold brew and foam no chocolate no caramel what so ever this has happened multiple times iv even had paper from the cheese cooked in to my sandwich this dunks needs a overhaul

This is what I bite into. Uncooked bacon, and 3 tomatoes. I live about 1 minute down the road from this location, with no exaggeration. The bread is not toasted as it is advertised, the bacon is dangerously not cooked, and the food is disgusting. I will be contacting corporate as well as the board of health for serving raw food that could cause a food borne illness. Pathetic.
