I’m sitting here at 545p waiting at the drive through mic, for 13 minutes, with no one in front of me, to take my order. I can hear them chatting through the mic. Please, just take my order.

The place that has terrible service employee all grumpy the drivers who will pick up the order spend more than 20 30 minutes waiting for a neglect needs to be improved a lot to have five stars terrible I don’t recommend it to anyone

Went thru drive thru, Asked for a large strawberry dragon fruit refresher with green tea , came out tasting only like green tea.when we got to the window , she was giving really hard stares. I went back inside and asked them to add more of the strawberry flavor to the drink and manger gave attitude and was very rude . She remade the drink and it came out disgusting. Didn’t even want to go back. Had to go to a different Dunkin’. Definitely don’t recommend going to this dunkin.

I've been to busier Dunkins with less people working that go faster They have never made my order right once If I order a refresher with oat milk that doesn't mean make it with green tea

Stood there without having our order taken for ab 5 mins, had to have my coffee remade twice, my boyfriends coffee came out tasting like dirty tap water, & our food is either overcooked to the point of being mush or not being cooked at all. Train your employees better, it's not that hard

If you’re craving Dunks, keep driving. This place is a joke and a poor excuse for a New England Dunkin. The coffee is subpar, the food is poor (or nonexistent), and the service is sad. Don’t waste your time or your money.

Absolutely suck. can't get a coffee or an order right. Ever. Gave the lady a 20 to pay for my wife in the car behind me. She tried to tell my wife I didn't give her the 20 until she realized I was on the phone with her. Crappy place.

They barely let me speak without interrupting every 5 seconds, and still got my order wrong. Terrible place to go to.
I have given this Dunkin multiple attempts because it's so close to me, but they constantly get my order wrong, don't put any eggs in the breakfast sandwiches, and most recently eggs that are still stone cold with crunch them. Worth driving well out of your way to go somewhere else.

I wish the woman at the register and doing the drive thru had a name tag so I could shout her out by name, but she was so nice. Super friendly staff and the best I've experienced at a Dunkin in a long time. She was there 3/20 around 1pm. Thank you again for being so nice!

I literally only got a strawberry donut and an ice water in the drive through. After I leave I realize they didn’t even give me a strawberry donut but Boston crème. They also didn’t even fill the water to the top.
