Horrible customer service here , they speak to you with so much disrespect and treat you like your slow, the workers get orders wrong everytime and take forever or sometimes even get the orders wrong they’re attitudes are pissy ,

Made me repeat my order 5 times and still got it wrong when I went in to exchange for the right order was greeted attitude and hostility. When I was giving the correct order the donuts were thrown in the bag and thrown on the counter where they almost fell on the floor. After all that coffee was still wrong. Every time the coffee is burnt. It’s always something. 0 out of 5 would not recommend.

Stopped buy ordered a refresher through the app went to walk in, no public restroom. They have a few tables for customers to sit down and eat which there was customers sitting down and eating but no public bathroom make that make sense.

do NOT buy XL cups. your drink is just a large. The bottom of the cup does not reach the length of the cup. so they charge you extra for nothing. its like a whole inch or inch and a half that is not reached
Unfortunately this business is literally next to my house and every morning I go with my son and husband to have our breakfast and every time we order a coffee or a chocolate they give it to us in half a glass when we pay for the full product... several times eh I came in and told them to fix it, for which this lady (staff) always comes out arguing and then all speaking in their native language that I don't know. I think it is disrespectful to speak in front of or murmur to the person who is complaining about what they bought or ordered in another type of language that one does not understand and clarify "I am bilingual" in English/Spa.Very disrespectful and lack of ethics. No customer service manners at all!

I am appalled that there is no public washroom. I was with my 83 year old neighbor and we sat inside and had a coffee and a muffin. And before we left, both of us had to use the washroom. When we walked towards the door that usually leads to a washroom, we noticed a sign that said employees only. When we asked where the washroom was, we were informed that they no longer have public washrooms.This is disgusting. Do better!
