12/30/25 update - I hadn't been here in years. Service was very friendly and my breakfast sandwich was made just how I wanted it. Job well done!

The restaurant was nice and clean, the employees did their best to accommodate me despite the amount of pressure on them, and they didn't rush. I can tell that when they do their jobs, they do it with care. I'd recommend this Dunkin to anyone.

I came at 7:34 today to see if i can pick up some free donuts and turns to find out they closed 30+ minutes early and this is unacceptable. The employee see i don’t know a name but should be fired immediately!!!

Awful service. Don’t DoorDash cause they don’t care enough to wait to make your drink until the dasher gets there. You’ll just be left with a melted cup of melted mush. They also don’t care enough to answer the phone when needing to ask questions about allergies. Also a man followed me out of the store one night and they did nothing.

Went to dunkins for a toasted bagel with cream cheese. Mistake number 1. Whole bagel was ice cold with lops cream cheese on it. Absolutely disgusting. They jus rush people's orders thru the drive-thru as fast as possible. Make people's food correctly. I'LL STICK TO DONUT EXPRESS. Absolutely NASTY

Went to 2 different stores, both times asked for a large vanilla coolata with whip cream, they gave me a large coffee coolata instead

Manager swearing yelling worker can't communicate because can't speak English as or any other language not Spanish workers just watch the customer struggle then tell them of manager swearing getting aggressive with everyone

Horrible customer service here , they speak to you with so much disrespect and treat you like your slow, the workers get orders wrong everytime and take forever or sometimes even get the orders wrong they’re attitudes are pissy ,
