on 01/13/2025 at 5PM I stopped at this Duncan's and ordered an iced machiato and received an ice coffee with cream. Ordered a loaded hash brown and got just hash Browns. Went back and had them remake the order.And receive the exact same thing.The staff that is working at this time has no clue on what they are doing

They always mess up my order and I have never said anything about it, until today. Isn't the customer always right in matters of taste? Not in my case when I visited today. The manager was very rude to me just because I wanted to exchange a wake up wrap with a donut. Y'all need to do better. I will no longer visit this branch. Very rude manager.

This store adds random up charges to your order without telling you about them. Just a blank line for 30 cents. Pretty sure that's illegal.
I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin’ on October 12th around 1:30 pm. The girl taking my order was extremely rude and disrespectful from the start. When my order was ready, she didn’t bother to announce my name and, to make matters worse, she threw my order instead of handing it to me. Her behavior was completely unprofessional and, frankly, felt racially motivated. This level of disrespect is unacceptable, and I won’t be returning to this location again.
