I only order lattes from Dunkin, and every other Dunkin, I never have a problem.
This Dunkin, for WHATEVER reason, refuses to give me a latte. Every, single, solitary time I order one, they give me a regular hot coffee, with ONE of the things that I order.
I got a Toasted Almond and Vanilla Latte with whole milk and four sugar. What I GOT was an original hot coffee, with toasted almond, four sugar, and four regular milk.
I'm very disappointed, and I think I'll be avoiding this location going forward.

This is truly the best Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. The staff here are always kind and patient. When I order in the drive through, I am in and out of line in under 3 minutes no matter what. To top it all off, they’ve never gotten my order wrong! Highly recommend :)

I drive 10 min out of the way bkr Now. The new workers mess up my wife's order every time now. I don't have time to leave reviews but if you ruin my order 3 times on a row. I come back only the 3rd time. The man with the chin strap beard was so rude. I said I don't mind losing for the mess up they caused so he gave no apology. I paid another $4.79. And my wife said it's still wrong. She gets a latte with sugar??? How you mess that up. 3 times?! Then don't even offer to give me a replacement when I come in with the full crap you made. It's just gross I worked at Starbucks and Dunks you charge the same. Hold these people accountable. If you hate your job go home. My job sucks too but I show up and do it well. Never going to drinks again. I could go to random dunks and they would replace. It's so frustrating

We ordered two Iced Peppermint Mochas (one with whip, one without), but instead received iced coffees with mocha pumps — no peppermint flavor at all. The service felt rushed; the cashier seemed uninterested and kept asking “Is that all?” even though there were three of us ordering.
To make things worse, the tables and chairs were dirty and broken. I wasn’t concerned about the price — I just wanted the correct drinks. Honestly, I’d rather visit another Dunkin’ or go to Starbucks.

There's a homeless man that sits by the opening of this place. Yesterday he had a little Chihuahua with him he was screaming and yelling at it he was being very mean to it. It wasn't on a leash. This dog is being mistreated by this man who all of a sudden can afford a dog when he's there asking for money? That dog's going to run out into the street and get killed. Dunkin' should not be allowing this. It's confusing enough trying to get in and out of that small opening there without having to worry about hitting that poor dog. I will no longer go here because I don't want to see that dog being mistreated there like that. Not cool.

Sometimes your drive through order may not come with napkins. A few times hash browns were burned. Decent staff though.
Showed up 10 minutes before their posted closing hour and was denied service...change your posted hours if you aren't going to serve people!!!

on 01/13/2025 at 5PM I stopped at this Duncan's and ordered an iced machiato and received an ice coffee with cream. Ordered a loaded hash brown and got just hash Browns. Went back and had them remake the order.And receive the exact same thing.The staff that is working at this time has no clue on what they are doing
