Staff here are great and friendly just have to watch one girl who works drive through sometimes not going to describe her but one of them likes to short your change by $1 pretty often I'm guessing to put in the tip cup but that same girl has done that to me 3 times now so I stopped going here. The last time I went I made sure she saw me counting the change and when I looked back at her she was really nervous, I just drove off and didn't tip and haven't been back since. I always tip too so her doing that is just a desperate move on her part.

Hi, I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts almost every single day, it’s one of my favorite places to go when I’m feeling down. Not anymore! Every time I go it’s always the same workers behind the counter taking care of the customers. There is one very rude girl that works there, she does not do her job correctly. I was in there 3 days ago and the girl she talk and had long braids she was sitting at the window on her phone while these workers are working the drive-thru and the front counter and they seem very busy and it took them 5 mins to help me and I do not blame them they where helping others while she just sitting there. I always tip but that day I didn’t feel comfortable giving them a tip because I know they have to share between the workers that shift and she didn’t deserve to have a tip. I will be going to the Dunkin’s on plantation street for now on. Dunkin’s please do better

Good morning, I want to give my opinion about the new hot coffee lids, they are not safe and can burn your lips and tongue. Also, I have to wait for the coffee to be a little cold to enjoy my hot coffee!

I stopped in around 4:50 PM. I placed my order., I was called hon I’m not her hon. That’s such a sexist comment. The 1st chocolate coolatta ordered wasn’t mixed thoroughly and the Frozen green tea latte wasn’t a frozen green tea latte. It was an iced green tea. I told her that it wasn’t a frozen one. She threw it in the blender and didn’t blend it all the way, so it was big chunks of ice. I went back and asked her to remake she refused to do anything, and I told her just to remake it it she said she couldn’t, I asked her managers name she got all full of attitude, she said come back and talk to my manager instead of taking care of the problem she chose to grab an attitude. Do yourself a favor go to a different Dunkin’ Donuts definitely don’t go to this one cross from Autozone.They don’t believe in custom satisfaction I will write back and let you know what her manager said.

The service was extremely nice, the workers are very tentative to what your ordering is. I went there with a complicated order of coffees and they always make it correct. I would highly recommend going to this Dunkin'.

Went thru the drive thru to pick up my online order. Person at the drive thru was very friendly and addressed me by my first name, which I thought was very personable. 5 stars for customer service. The pancake wrap, on the other hand, dry and zero taste. Coffee was spot on per usual.
Not the greatest area but went to see my daughter and she chose dunkins for our our visit it was pretty dirty bathroom was out of order the employees just were fooling around the whole time throwing things around acting like it was a playhouse in there especially while there were customers inside I was kinda upset about all of it because even though it wasn't the best area to go to but inside made it just
